This is my first Alienware desktop and I absolutely love it! I've had it for a few months now and there has been no issues. I love the look of it and how you can adjusting the lighting effects on the tower. Definitely worth it!

I had been looking for a great gaming PC. I came across this and gave it a shot. It’s able to play everything I’ve downloaded so far. It gets a little loud when it’s put to the test, but it’s not a deal breaker.

I purchased an Alienware in 2004 it was great. I wasn't sure if I should try a Dell Alienware due to all the negatives I had heard and read. This computer is a beast I love it. No regrets buying it.

For supposedly a high end game machine, I would never recommend this one. I have it and when ever I play World of Warcraft the fans are so loud and don't ever back off. After contacting Alienware about it, I was told it's a know issue and I would have to upgrade the cooling system to help it at all. So I have to pay more?????? Hard to believe that they really tell you this is a premium gaming rig.

I ended up returning this for a macbook because I needed the laptop. This computer was great though! If you want a good desktop get this one!!

Awesome clarity for playing video games. At the same time, you can’t hear anything because the fans are outrageously loud, especially when you have the unit on the desk. Unfortunately had to return because of the loudness.

I absolutely love this gaming tower! the look of it and the gaming quality.

This PC was for my gaming 13 yo son, and it does not disappoint. Well, it doesn’t disappoint him ... but to a parent it means much more screen time and late nights because the graphics and speed are just nothing like we’ve seen before. We did a price comparison on the Dell site, and Best Buy’s was close. I Ended up purchasing from Best Buy because it was in stock, and a 2 month wait time from Dell.

The best thing I’ve ever done is get this pc! It’s amazing and sturdy

Very powerful computer except for it's held back by a lot of bloat Dell software. I would love to recommend it but the inability to get around a lot of the Dell software makes it hard to enjoy such an expensive piece of technology especially when you can build the same thing for half the price.

I can run everything I own, no problems with the newer games.

This Alienware is extremely fast and fun to play with

VR ready? Not quite. Oculus Rift s crashes every 10 to 30 minutes. The screen freezes for a half a second and then you can feel it coming... The audio completely cuts out. This obviously makes multiplayer games unplayable. have 3 headsets and I know for a fact that the headsets are fine because they work great on my Alienware R5. Something is going on with the USB drivers or audio drivers. I have spent three days researching and trying different fixes. Alienware points the fingers at Oculus and Oculus points two fingers at Alienware and they both Point their fingers at Nvidia. I'm done with Alienware. Returning this tomorrow.
