Not as good as i expected

I have connected the monitor with my laptop with an HDMI cable and display quality is not that good. My laptop has 300hz FHD 1080p IPS LED display but im not getting the same quality in the monitor. The black is not dark enough and the white is also not good , also other colors too. Maybe the reason could be i have connected it with a laptop. Maybe i’ll get good results if i connect it with a display port cable to a CPU.

A massive number of options and settings to adjust the display to your liking, It also works exceptionally well for 60hz gaming consoles like the Nintendo Switch, which looks and performs flawlessly. The image response times even at a much lower refresh rates look great. No discernible blurring and lightning fast for input lag.
