Alienware Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For thr price i spent on the monitor and for what im getting is great. The monitor is 2560x1440 180 hz which is great for gaming with quality. The only reason i have it at 4 over is mainly due to the fact it doesnt have adjustible stand. I cant move it up and down but i just mounted it on a monitor mount anyways. The quality and the build seems great and i had no issues since buying it.

TAKE MY MONEY!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t walk, run to buy this. Amazing build quality for the price with high refresh rate and 1440p display. I play FPS games and this monitor is a massive step up from my previous 1080p display. Tons of settings to toggle with if you want to customize, Alienware software is easy to use.

Great affordable monitor!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I actually loved this monitor but I already had the OLED version of it so I traded it in for the 25" one. Can't complain it did what I needed it too, just didn't need 2 27" monitors. If you have the money, I recommend the OLED. If you're young and struggling in this crappy economy, then this will do great!

Great monitor at a great price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is by far the best monitor at 27" below a $500 price tag. If you shop it on sale it can be as low as barely over $200, like I did. The colors and clarity are great, and the depth of field seems to really be an improvement, but the Alienware software to customize your use really sends it over the top. The extra USB's on the monitor do require reading the installation manual, but if that is a down side, I am not sure if that should be counted. Lastly, do follow the instructions on assembling the stand to the monitor, working in an IT department somewhere else, it is good that Alienware points out how to not break your monitor removing from the box.

Yeah its really good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mainly use it as a secondary monitor next to an 34 inch ultrawide. It’s definitely nice, very sharp and just has a clean classy look. Love the high refesh rate. Worth the price.

Excellent Build Quality Lackluster HDR
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really love the build quality of alienware. Immediately after opening the box I was a little shocked to see a monitor that wasn't black. The dark navy blue is a really premium look on this monitor. I hope they continue to use it. The base / stand are very sturdy and well designed. The assembly was quite simply one of the easiest things I've ever installed, took less than a minute. The osd and power button are easy to reach and easy to see in the dark. However, the OSD options were lackluster and the only other color mode was some gibberish I didn't recognize. Picking it turned everything green and purple. Would've been nice if the other mode was auto-calibrated. Picture quality wise its decent - I wasn't really impressed. I got to test side by side with an oled, but before that I was coming from a very old non-gaming Dell S2309W (1080p 60hz) monitor so I was expecting a very large upgrade. The colors were good, but because its an IPS display some things were obviously over brightened. For example, the opening main menu of oblivion remastered: it's basically a fade from black to a glowing fire portal. The old dell S2309W was able to handle the black corners better, the alienware displayed obvious sources of light - like a very minor backlight bleed. AW2725DM is good at showing off a 'pop' of color, but it can leave you wanting in dark scenes. At this price point, I feel like they should've offered 240hz, but with the build quality its a solid choice. There are some monitors that offer better HDR quality without stepping into OLED; like the AOC Q27G3XMN / AOC - 27" Q27G40XMN, VA panels for contrast, with Mini-LEDs for brightness control. Now luckily I was able to compare it side by side to an Acer Predator X27U OLED. I got to say surprisingly the alienware beat it in everyway except for the picture quality which is saying a lot. I mean for some reason the X27U A1 doesn't even come with a power button?! The stand could punch holes in your drywall if you aren't careful?! Like what? I might just end up getting an alienware oled instead. That's how much it impressed me. If the AW2725DM was able to do a slightly better job with contrast / hdr performance and offer greater monitor fine tuning I would've kept it and recommended to everybody

Fantastic 1440 Display
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fantastic display for the price. It has a great response time, decent refresh rate, and good options for inputs. The cable pass-through on the stand makes cable maintenance pretty easy, too.

Visual Migraines are Gone
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought about giving it 4 stars because every time WIN 11 has an update the default input setting I have for the monitor (using the joystick) it always resets to something else. Other than that I am happy with the monitor. I was getting visual migraines while using my old Dell monitor and the guy working the area at Best Buy suggested this one. So far, no more migraines.

Great gaming monitor
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Monitor to start my duel monitor setup and I am not disappointed. The colors are amazing, I'm able to run at higher graphics (1080p) and frames (120fps) without issues like my old one which has become my second monitor. It's size gives me a bigger picture to work with and better gaming view helping my overall reaction time. As a starting PC gamer, this product has given me a boost to being able to both game and work on projects with a side by side comparison. Alienware was always a brand friends have recommended and now I myself recommend. Being able to change the settings via the app from my desktop is also a huge advantage. My only complaint is that when I boot up my PS5 it asks if I want to change HDMI inputs. I use a capture card with my PS5 and a capture card program to play without changing inputs. Other then that overall it's a great monitor

Great gaming monitor for gamers on a budget.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not "top of the line" when it comes to gaming monitors but it honestly runs great paired with my gaming PC. Every game I've thrown at it so far has looked fantastic with my current setup (Nvidia RTX 4060) and 120fps is great for competitive titles.
