Lines across screen a common issue

This seems to be a common issue with this monitor. If I did not have an extended warranty with Best Buy I would have had to wait while it was sent out for repair.

Bad Panel?

Impressive Size - Poor Quality Image and View

But the color and resolution of the monitor were less than one would expect from a name brand such as Alienwear (Dell). This was seen in the display unit as well and the store rep said it was just the display, but found the dullness and lack of clarity or crispness on the display the same with what was purchased.

Disappointed

Luckily the item itself is fine and works great, but disappointed in best buy

I just want what I paid for.
