I was torn between this and a 34” ultrawide for around the same price. I felt this was going to be easier to get used to coming from a 27” monitor, and I was right! This thing is awesome. HDR is bright enough to make scenes pop, though it isn’t “eye searingly” bright. The refresh rate is nice too, though coming from 144hz to 240hz doesn’t seem like that much of a visual upgrade. I appreciate the built in burn-in test measures as well but I wish the settings menu was easier to navigate. Overall the picture quality is stunning and the on-sale price is imo worth it.

The brightness of it also makes for an outstanding upgrade whether you are upgrading from a normal monitor or even a TV if you will be using it for console gaming. My favorite part of this monitor is the nice customization options that allow you to get a unique experience while enjoying the OLED technology at its best. I use it for my Playstation 5 and M1 Macbook Pro and it works like a charm as long as you have the correct cables for your needs. Like most OLED technology, I cannot comment on the burn in just yet, but so far I have used it for short gaming sessions, productivity, and casual viewing. No out the box issues too, but it can be sensitive to smudging like modt panels so I would avoid touching it as much as possible once you set it on a desk. Aside from that, my only issue is the price. I would get it under a sale since I don’t believe it is worth that tremendous price when you have options from Samsung that go on better sales more often. However if the price doesn’t bother you, you won’t regret this monitor.

This gaming monitor is Amazing! I’ve been playing all my PlayStation Consoles on a TV for years. This year I did some research to improve my gaming experience, so I looked up some 4K OLED gaming monitors and there were a few options out there, but I ultimately went with the Alienware AW3225QF. I’ve had this monitor for about two months and it’s absolutely stunning! Unlocks a new gaming experience with the high refresh rate and 4K gaming resolution, it almost makes you feel like you’re playing a brand new console. Definitely would recommend. Only negative thing about this monitor is that their are no speakers and I’ve tried to plug my Sonos sound bar thru the HDMI eARC port and it doesn’t produce any sounds, I’ve tried a different sound bar as well still unsuccessful. Not sure if this can be fixed with an update or not, couldn’t find an answer in the instruction manual but if your one that only uses gaming headphones while playing than this is probably not that big of an issue. Definitely would recommend tho. Great monitor for what it’s worth!

Amazing monitor for gaming. Perfect curve rate. But hdmi arc not working well on my monitor. If you don't use hdmi arc. It will be the best monitor ever.

Byron and Kevin were extremely helpful ins tore, the online support, not so much. I am avoiding online sales, and support, it is very poor, but the in store customer service is well above par. The Monitor itself is excellent, a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion. Screens bright and crisp, refresh is extremely fast, the blacks are insanely dark and vivid.

So far pretty good, got a floor model, open box excellent condition. everything was in the box. Monitor looks absolutely stunning. Next to my other regular IPS 1080p monitor, it almost feels criminal. Totally worth it for the Sale price. If you've been wanting to upgrade, the jump from 1080p or 1440p IPS to 4k OLED is truly worth it.

Amazingly beautiful monitor. OLED looks crisp, and vibrant. I don't think I can ever go back to stand LCD monitors. Games look crisp, Text looks amazing. My only complaint is that I wish the Brightness could be more stable, and stay where I set it even full screen white, or high brightness scenes in moves and games.

This monitor completely exceeded my expectations. This monitor has been fantastic ever since it's been plugged in. The OLED makes a big difference for deeper colors plus the 240hz on top of that. I am able to play both my PS5 and my PC with this monitor with no loss of quality in the graphics with the 4K resolution. I haven't had any dead pixels as of now and a nice feature is it'll refresh itself once you power it down after prolonged use. The only downside i would say is that it does not have any speakers but it's not worth losing a star over. If you have the flexibility to purchase this monitor I highly recommend it.

It's not a bad monitor for certain people who need the 240 Hz and also want QD-OLED. I also actually like the subtle curve. But I actually returned it and got the LG C4 42-inch. Reasons for returning: - No 3.5 mm audio jack. (I knew this before I bought it, but honestly the amount of other devices and wires I would have to deal with to make my 2.1 speakers work was not worth keeping it once I got it and looked into how to make my speakers work) - No dedicated settings for the ports (I also have a Neo G8 and it would actually save the settings for it's various ports, the Alienware did not as far as I could tell and the menu I felt was better on the Neo G8) - It's really not that bright. Yea the LG C4 peak brightness might be lower but it actually has higher 10% and 25% screen brightness which I think matters more for HDR. 2% is a tiny area. - When I was initially comparing to my Neo G8 which has mini-LEDs I was actually disappointed with the Alienware. Yea the colors are nice, but my Neo G8 basically hits 1000 nits for 2-25% of the screen and the colors looked amazing on it too if not better mostly due to the HDR brightness. So yea I'm a bit spoiled by owning the Neo G8 so I figured instead maybe let me just get a larger monitor instead so I can at least enjoy by UHD Blu-Ray movies on a larger screen with Dolby Vision and so far the LG C4 has been amazing.

Beautiful monitor with true blacks and crisp looking. Took a little to really fine tune it, but blows any monitor I've ever had out of the water no contest.

This is a completely different experience from 1440p gaming. The OLED combined wirh 4k resolutions and a 5080 graphics card is as close as i have ever came to what i would consuder the perfect gaming experience. I have now been spoiled. I cant play on a standard monitor amymore it doesn’t feel the same. I am so happy with this purchase and have no major complaints with this monitor, setup was seamless and it was plug and play for the most part. I will mention this if you want to play with no display stream compression the max settings you can play on are 4k 120hz and you must be plugged in via HDMI. The monitor only has display port 1.4 which cannot handle 4k easily at high refresh rates and the video stream will be compressed. Display stream compression is visually lossless however if you are a nerd like me you will wamt to avoid this if at all possible, also G-sync cam be a pain to get set up and working properly especially if you have a multi monitor setup. You will want to do somw reasearch on google if you run into issues with that tech. It does work flawlessly thoigh once you get it set up right. All in all awesome monitor i wont get rid of it until it dies. Make sure youre doing your pixel refreshes every 4 hours of on time n

I love this display. The screen has a really nice picture, the colors are great and its very easy to use. Lots of features packed into this thing. Im a novice but i was able to upgrade the firmware myself without issue and i havent had a single issue over the course of almost one year.

I’d buy 4 if I could afford it. Blacks are truly black. Displays crisp and clean visuals. Refresh rate is great and the under 1 sec ms is amazing. Dell knows how to do monitors. Slightly curved keeps your orientation on point.
