So far pretty good, got a floor model, open box excellent condition. everything was in the box. Monitor looks absolutely stunning. Next to my other regular IPS 1080p monitor, it almost feels criminal. Totally worth it for the Sale price. If you've been wanting to upgrade, the jump from 1080p or 1440p IPS to 4k OLED is truly worth it.

Went from a 1080 AZUS to this 4K oled and the change was so drastic it is insane. Crisp images with very low latency. I ordered it and the next day it was ready to be picked up. The customer service workers were friendly and started a conversation about my current PC build that I have been putting together. Nothing was damaged or missing instructions were fairly clear and the user interface on the monitor is easily understandable and is user friendly. Would recommend, however just wait for a sale it is fairly over priced originally.

Display is beautiful the oled is rhe way to go. 4k is not hard to run now with dlss technologies.

I switched from the alienware AW3423DWF which is the Alienware Ultrawide version of this monitor. This monitor however is 4k and everything looks so life like it's absolutely amazing. The colors pop, this monitor is absolutely worth every penny.

I can't express just how long I've waited for a 4k OLED monitor with specs directed for gaming. This is my first monitor that could hit 240hz, and the clarity that comes with it is mind boggling. Blend that with the fact that OLED technology and Dolby Vision make this a killer monitor, and I don't regret the price tag that comes with it, and this is with it being my first Alienware product. The curve is also a benefit at this size, as it really helps when you've got to game and don't want to move your eyes too much away from all the action. Didn't give it a perfect 5-stars though for the fact that it seems that the protective foam that's initially attached to the screen seems to have left marks across the top 1/3 of the screen, and flickering issues that I had, but I'm waiting on a replacement to see if I just happened to get unlucky. Oh, and don't let reviewers fool you on the concept of "burn in". While it is very much a real thing, you'd have to leave it on a static image 24/7 for a long time for it to happen, and this monitor comes with tech to help prevent it in the first place. I'd recommend maybe getting Wallpaper Engine and have it change to help it if it's a major concern for you.

Excellent monitor for gaming, watching movies, and daily work. Very sharp image, smooth performance, and great colors. Easy to set up and looks great on the desk. Highly recommended.

Every game is so much clearer and just looks better. I had an older LCD panel and knew i wasnt getting the best out of my 5090. With this monitor the change is night and day.

Coming from a LG CX 48 OLED. This monitors colors & contrast are Better as well as HDR which goes over 1000 nitts plus it can run in 4k 240hz double of the fps the CX Can achieve. Just love this monitor.

What an absolute game changer this thing is. Coming from a few different regular OLED ultrawide/regular panels this one is by far my favorite. The QD OLED technology is very noticeable compared to regular OLED (and non OLED) and results in much more brighter/vibrant colors. Though the price is a bit steep, this is what to expect for new technology and I would absolutely justify the price based on how much fun I have playing games on it!

I’ll admit, I expected the monitor to have a smaller display ratio since it was bigger then my 27 inch 4k LED. It had the same max display ratio as as my 5 year old 27 inch, which threw me off when I first started gaming. But I got used to it pretty quick. The higher refresh rate for this 4K makes it so much smoother playing online, paired with my 4070 Nvidia graphics card. Overall, I love this monitor.

This was an amazing purchase, the Best Buy employee were so helpful and knowledgeable about this. I would recommend this experience with anything to be honest . I love it !

Amazing quality and build, slick design, good features built in. Had an issue with the provided DP cable; either damaged or not working properly causing some serious issues like dropping down below the rated refresh rate and BSODs. Swapped cable and fixed. Brightness is a bit on the low side but it seems to be the case across any 4K monitors. You do have to mess with a few settings to get just the right look, but thankfully community is really helpful. Colors do seem a little vibid but can be fixed by NVDIA settings. Dolby vision seems like a nil option, I guess for HDR content that supports it if you have it.

This is probably the best OLED monitor on the market, I have had it for just over a month and this thing is the very best, I tested a couple of different OLED monitors out and until you try this you wont know what a good monitor is!

Love this monitor and I am very picky. The curve is subtle - not overdoing it. When running a game a 240 frames and 4k the display is incredibly smooth. Maintains a very high fidelity without smearing or ghosting

Get it just get it forget all the rest this monitor excelled and went above and beyond my expectations I use it as my main monitor and run 4k on my setup and love it.

Hands down best 4K OLED monitor I have used and owned. I have cycled through many high end monitors and Super Ultra Wides, I always come back to my 32” Alienware. The curve is a non factor and honestly don’t even notice it. The quality is amazing and will be adding one more to my collection.

Running great, only issue would be the USB port placement which is super inconvinient
