Great monitor and works well with all games. Only negatives I have is using this monitor with an RTX 4090. I used 3 DisplayPort cables. This monitor had a hard time decoding the signal into 240hz at startup, so I had to power on/off the monitor while the system was running and that was a fix. The other fix that works is using an HDMI cable with this monitor. On bootup it will recognize 240hz immediately. Also had a lot of blackouts when switching from app to app that had different resolutions while using the DisplayPort cable. HDMI cable also fixed this. Just some firmware quirks I'm sure will be cleaned up but overall LOVE the screen. Black means black with this bad boy.

Best monitor on the market. It does support the use of multiple monitors however it does not support surround display so if you're planning on using this for sim racing/flying or with any game extending on to more monitors it will not work.

I had this monitor, the MSI Mag 32in, and the MSI MPG 32in. MSI monitors beat it. The monitor is nice, but for the price, I would get the MSI as it has better colors, is slightly brighter, and does not flicker. Maybe they can fix the issues with updates in the future.

Really good investment. Love the quality and will recommend as a monitor of choice to all gamers.

Don't listen to the whiner noobs complaining about this monitor. Its amazing. If its defective simply RMA. You can see the negative reviewers didnt even buy it from BB, they are Reddit crybabies looking for an audience for their whine.

Dell Monitor are the best in my experience on top of all the monitors what Dell carry this one is amazing and DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND support is awsome

I have owned two of these monitors (through Dell) and both have been afflicted by scratches across the screen through shipping. This is due to the bubble sheet they place directly against the display, it rubs against the panel in shipping when moved and as a result scratches the display permanently. I really wish Dell would wise up and cease this shipping practice as it has to be killing their bottom line with the return rate for this reason. Not the first monitor they have shipped like this either, AW3423DWF also still suffers from this to this day. I haven't even mentioned the Dolby Vision issue yet. Probably best to wait for the MSI 321URX that's nearly $300 less, same panel and better features overall.

Pretty decent display with some bugs including getting stuck in Dolby Vision but latest firmware might address that. Warning to those who have consoles this monitor does not have a 3.5 mm audio jack so no way other than using HDMI eARC to get audio to speakers. Had to use an audio extractor to connect PC speakers. Returned mine and waiting for other options that are coming.

I absolutely loved the monitor when I got it. I’ve had it less than 2 months and the screen started showing air bubbles from screen beginning to separate. Contacted Best Buy and thanks to their amazing 15 day return policy I was directed to Dell/Alienware to my surprise they could care less. Was told that the screen separating is cosmetic which isn’t “covered” under warranty. Even though the warranty comes with 3 year screen replacement. I should have went with my original plan and get the MSI. ALL IM SAYING IS PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GIVING YOUR MONEY TO DELL/ALIENWARE. I spent $1000 dollars on a monitor that is having issues after less than 2 months and can’t do anything about it due to a shady warranty.

For this price, the monitor should have the major bugs addressed prior to releasing for consumers. The DolbyVision is in a fixed state and cannot be changed unless you role back to older nvidia drivers. There is also a notification that continues to come on regarding thermal warning. Supposedly a firmware update was going to address the thermal notifcation, however the dolby vision has not been addressed making the monitor severely limited for gaming. A simple online search will show how many individuals are experiencing this issue. Alienware has historically been a solid option for hardware and peripherals, however this particular monitor falls way too short of meeting an expectation.

Dell has it on sale for $899 and best uy wont price match it....they actually told me that they have it on sale for to low and they wont Price match it for that low. WOW.... another reason to stay away from this crooked company.

order it from dell for 899 plus 15 % off with promo monitor15. comes to 754 and best buy is asking 1199. disgusting. almost disgusting as the ugly white they decided to make this in.
