I was in the market for a new ultrawide monitor and looking to replace a Dell S3422DWG that I had given to my son. After reading a plethora of reviews, I decided to go to my local Best Buy and check out their display model. The display model was attached to a disabled Alienware desktop so I opened it up and reconnected the power cables and it was back up and running. At first the display looked a little funky but I calibrated it and decided to pick it up. The monitor is well packaged and comes with everything you need to get going. I connected the USB to make sure I was on the latest firmware and started messing with the settings. The onboard UI is easy enough to navigate through and you can also use the Dell Display Manager for most option. I only needed to set the monitor to HDR 1000 as I don't mind the HDR being on constantly. The monitor is gorgeous. The 34 inch screen is perfect for my setup as I sit fairly close to it. I have a 32 inch 1440P monitor mounted above it for all daily apps and tasks and use the AW3423DWF for movies and gaming only. The colors pop and the blacks are deep. At times, it's hard to tell where the monitor ends as I play at night in the dark. This monitor made me realize that my color accuracy and picture settings that I had been using on previous monitors had warped my idea of what the screen should actually look like. Especially when it comes to brightness and color depth. It took a few days to adjust to it but this monitor just makes everything pop. The monitor has a built in maintenance mode that pops up on your screen after 4 hours of use. It is meant to refresh your pixels to prevent OLED burn in. I run it each time it pops up unless I am in the middle of a game that I can't pause. It runs for about 6 minutes and then you can power it back on. One thing I noticed is that screen really holds onto scuffs and stains. I thought I had either 2 small rows of dead pixels or small gouges in the center of the screen but they were just smudges. It took a few rounds of light cleaning to get it off but you may need to apply a bit of pressure to remove them entirely. The monitor went on sale (999.99 down to 799.99) 3 weeks after I purchased it and the store matched the price with no hassle! Overall, I love this monitor and recommend it to anyone who games or watches movies on their PC.

Beautiful clear picture.. and this was my first curved monitor as well. It did not take any adjustment. OLED is the way to go.

This monitor is perfect. It’s a great size without being too big, has great resolution and refresh rate and is a great price for what it offers. I use it for WoW which doesn’t require much but the picture looks great on this monitor. I also use it for work and there is plenty of real estate for having multiple windows open or seeing more on a spreadsheet at once.

This monitor is an absolute beast, I was unsure at first, going for a flat 27" 1080P screen to this bigger OLED 1440P monitor, but I am so glad I did. It did take some time to get use to it, due to its size and curvature but, once you get use to it and get everything set up right it is absolutely stunning. Image quality is superb, colors are extremely accurate and it is one of the best monitors you can buy at this time. If you are looking for an curved OLED monitor, I would highly recommend this guy.

It may not be the highest refresh rate on the market, but the panel is very crisp and nice to look at . Excellent for gaming!

Just get it to try and is amazing quality OLED for the price, everything look and run beautifully, after this I can't go back to regular monitor

This monitor is highly rated in every review that I saw. It lives up to the hype. Super dark blacks. HDR is improved. Makes my gaming rig shine.

Coming from LG C2 42in, I traded size and 4k for ultrawide and higher frame rate. Initially felt it was too small/narrow, but after a few weeks, I’ve gotten used to it and realized it’s the perfect size. Took it off the stand and VESA mounted with an arm rated to 20lbs and it has minimal wobble. Had to use flawless widescreen for a few games for ultra wide compatibility. Overall less pixels than 4k, so I got higher frame rates.

While you can’t enjoy everything on 21:9 aspect ratio, you can download plugins to stretch your videos which is great! But you lose quality. If you’re planning for anime, subtitles won’t be on the screen to read. The pixel refresh can be annoying, but necessary and I always have it when screen is on standby. Text doesn’t look so bad and gaming is awesome. If that’s your purpose, it will more than likely be an upgrade. If you can get on sale, and finance, it’s a no brainer

Went from 2 curved 27s to this 34. The best purhase ive made here. Excellent for games and productivity. This model also has PIP and PBP very useful

I came from a G34WQC. This one blows it out of the water as far as colors and refresh rate.

Absolute insane gaming monitor everyone goes crazy

Best monitor I've ever purchased. Perfect for high refresh rate gaming with settings fully maxed out. Highly recommended. Also great for productivity work. 3 year burn in warranty. I use this about 40 hours a week for work and the oled care features are preventing any signs of burn in.

This monitor has amazing colors and true blacks due to the OLED panel. Big fan of the build quality as well. Fast refresh rate is a huge bonus.

It is probably worth the $700 I paid for it. I would have been just as satisfied with any of the $400 34" ultrawides, if not for that gnawing knowledge that something better was available, and that the purchase failed to fill the gaping abyss in my soul solely because I cheaped out. Now I know that said abyss can never be filled, and I will forever be hollow, regardless of how much money I spend. Love the colors.

Really nice picture, awesome colors and it’s really smooth. Coming from a ips panel this is a game changer. Even better if you catch it on sale but worth the price at full.

I've had this monitor for a month or two, its pretty solid, I LOVE the true blacks. It looks amazing in games, especially horror games like deadspace,the colors are vibrant 0 regrets. The pixel refresh every 4 or so hourd is barely an issue, gives me a reminder to get up and do something else like touch grass for a few minutes.

Best bang for the buck went from cheap to super expensive like the LG ultragear 45in curved which looked amazing however something about the quality vs this 34in oled curved left much to be desired on the table.

One of the best monitors I have ever owned. I feel like my eyes are being massaged while using it for work, gaming or creating. Refresh rate is awesome. Def a must buy!

Great monitor. Picture quality is excellent. Every type of game from Diablo 4 to Final Fantasy 16 looks and plays spectacular. Watching movies was great as well. Only reason why this monitor didn’t get 5 stars is because no speakers for this price.
