The perfect monitor
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is a replacement to my HP Omen 27” monitor that died a week ago. I was torn between this and the Samsung 49” OLED. The pricepoint, sizes and features of this monitor are perfect. The colors are vivid, the blacks are black with no bleeding from bright objects. The packaging of this monitor is amazing, you would have to smash the box in order to damage this monitor in the packaging. Its easy to unbox an assemble, and repackage if you like to save the boxes for moving and such. Didnt need any tools to assemble the stand to the monitor or disassemble. Monitor kicked right on, immediately downloaded software for it and updated critical firmware update for the monitor. Couple days of gaming on it and no issues. I like that Alienware offers a 3 yr warranty on the monitor even thought Im a totaltech member. If your looking a monitor give this one a go, you wont be disappointed.

Endgame Monitor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OLED is the only way for PC gaming. Been using this monitor for years and I've had no inclination to upgrade or look at another monitor since. Ultrawide is also amazing for productivity and this particular model allows side by side screens.

Excellent, but avoid for 16:9 content
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best computer monitor I ever used. Only issue is reverse burn in on qd-oled ultrawides when vieiwing 16:9 content. If you plan to use this for console gaming, I’d avoid. However, if you plan to always keep 21:9 content up you really cant get much better than this right now.

Solid upgrade
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely good monitor, I mainly use mine for content consumption (youtube, movies, reading comics) and the images are crisp and clear. Gaming on it is an a whole new experience as the OLED panel brings new life to the games I still play. Colors are vibrant and the ultrawide screen definitely enhances the immersion effect. The curvature is not too aggressive that it takes away from normal use but its definitely helps considering how wide the screen is. I came from a curved 27" monitor that has a VA panel and the difference in color is definitely noticeable. Overall solid experience so far and would definitely recommend getting the protection plan to cover that risk of burn in.

Incredible
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In order to open up some space in my home office, I switched from 2 monitors to 1, and decided an extra wide monitor was the best way to meet my needs for work. I planned on buying a cheaper option, but after looking at the monitors in store, the Alienware AW3423DWF was just leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. I bought this for work and basic home computer activities (photos, browsing, etc), and the resolution is perfect. A lot of monitors, especially extra wides, tend to blur text, but everything is crystal clear, and photo/video quality is awesome. I can't speak to anything on the gaming side, but even for basic use, the quality you get is well worth the investment.

Unbelievable Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One of the most beautiful monitors I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Picture perfect colors, great options for adjustment (although hardly needed) and great options to maintain panel health. Buying it is like striking gold.

Incredible clarity, somewhat difficult to setup
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is incredible! The colors, depth, contrast are all a treat to play games with, if they support HDR. The inital setup can be a little tedious as to gain the best panel preformance you need to install a new firmware to the monitor, which isnt difficult in and of itsself, but tinkering with color settings and HDR can be a little annoying if you’re not familar with color profiles and HDR as a whole. But once this panel is setup correctly theres nothing quite like it as far as PC monitors go. Truly breathtaking!

Will not disappoint
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first time gaming on an Oled display and it is truly a game changer. And so far after a month of owning this particular monitor I have not seen any issues so far. The only reason for the 4 stars is I really wish the bezel was thinner. But other than that it’s amazing.

Alienware OLED monitor
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hesitant to buy this because of the potential for burn in. But I have always wanted an OLED. I am not disappointed. Buying this monitor was better than buying a new graphics card. I use it for gaming, and it is absolutely stunning.

I ultimately feared the burn in!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yes I know it has a three year burn in warranty and I probably would have been fine but for me I've had an IPS panel for what feels like centuries and only getting roughly 6 years I'd use sounded scary for some reason lol. I mean in hindsight seems silly but the thought of it worried me. I had to change my behavior to use this monitor. Every 4 hours I ran a pixel clean, and I ended up cycling wallpapers every 30 minutes and hiding my start menu and recycle bin. It just got to be too much at the end of the day and with RTINGS findings on QD-OLED monitors it basically put my anxiety on the whole experience to the max. So I ended up returning it BUT THATS NOT TO SAY IT WAS BAD!! In fact I loved this monitor minus the fact it was Ultrawide and was 1440p and was limited to 100 Hz at 10-Bit. Had it not been Ultrawide and was saying 32" I would have taken the chance I think. The colors AMAZING, and pretty much everything about it I loved. It was fantastic at the end of the day but if you're like me and care too much about the longevity of your purchases then you may worry about this too much. I do a bunch of show watching, productivity, and gaming on my computer so it just caused too much fear for me. But if you are not concerned about it and the warranty satisfies your fears of burn in then you're in for a real treat. For me I think I'm gonna wait until the 32" 4K QD-OLED comes out.
