Going from a 27 inch 60Hz, 1080P, LCD monitor to this was just crazy. This purchase convinced me to my first OLED Tv as well (S90C) and now i use that 27 inch as a second monitor. This 34 inch is the exact same height as a 27 inch so it looks perfect!

In order to open up some space in my home office, I switched from 2 monitors to 1, and decided an extra wide monitor was the best way to meet my needs for work. I planned on buying a cheaper option, but after looking at the monitors in store, the Alienware AW3423DWF was just leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. I bought this for work and basic home computer activities (photos, browsing, etc), and the resolution is perfect. A lot of monitors, especially extra wides, tend to blur text, but everything is crystal clear, and photo/video quality is awesome. I can't speak to anything on the gaming side, but even for basic use, the quality you get is well worth the investment.

Great image quality and smooth text don’t regret this buy

I'm coming from a S2716dg which has a TN panel with very poor viewing angle, So the AW3423 pretty much blows it out the water. The blacks are actually black, the viewing angle doesn't seem to matter. I can barely see a difference no matter the angle I view. HDR content looks great.

Reading text, I sometimes end up squinting a little bit, just because how text looks on this generation QD-OLED, For anything else, this screen looks amazing. Watching an HDR movie or playing a game on this screen is so satisfying.

Amazing Monitor, perfect size, gorgeous display, deep blacks and a lot of customization options for the picture settings, it's really dope.

The colors pop out the screen with the OLED panel. The HDR is really nice. The only fault would be when some games or content is not hdr supported or ultrawide supported. Games like Elden ring and Valorant :/.

Open box, only thing missing was cover, no dead pixels. Pros: Excellent picture Great warranty Easy to setup Good price, including 4year BB warranty. One excellent employee that made the sale and my day! Cons: Two employees I had asked to open the (open) box refused to let me inspect the monitors condition so I could decide if I wanted to purchase it, it was a third employee who opened the box for me in order to inspect the monitors' condition. The third employee was awesome! Other thoughts: The monitor is very nice! I work in retail and as such have dealt with customers who wanted to inspect the product, they were thinking about buying, and in all of the years of working in that field, I've never refused a customers' request to see packaged contents. That's a great way to lose a sale and would speak volumes about my company and me as a person. Best Buy train your floor people that it's the customer who makes it possible for Best Buy to stay in business.

Love this monitor. Beautiful HDR performance from this OLED. Firmware can be and should be updated. G sync compatible. 1440p is perfect resolution as even the best GPUs like a 4080 will struggle to output high FPS for ultrawide 4k at ultra settings.

The Dell AW3423DWF is one of the best 34" ultrawide gaming monitors that's out right now. The HDR gaming experience is perfect. It has great color accuracy and input options. But if you want the best gaming monitor on the market, with fast response times and the benefits you get with OLED.

When I bought this, I would have given a 5 star rating and so I'll give it 5 star now. Monitor is still really good if you want UW and aren't too concerned with text clarity. After going to a 27" 4K OLED, though, I'll never go back to 1440p OLEDs.

This monitor is excellent in every aspect. From true deep black colors to smooth and extreme fast response time. Definetely QD-Oled and ultrawide is the way to go.Buils quality is outstanding!! It almost came assemblied already, just pop in the base and you are ready to go. No tools required to mount it.

A very capable monitor with a crystal clear image. 165hz refresh rate is a great feature and the OLED HDR panel will give you true to color image quality for anything you can throw at it. Dell supplies software to keep the monitor up to date. Built in menu is easy to navigate and allows for control over every detail when paired with your pc control panel. It has exceeded my expectations.

I haven't had a monitor look this great in well forever. Alienware gets it done yet again!

I thoroughly enjoy using this monitor for just about everything. It is particularly good with gaming, but it works really well with both my Steam Deck and my Macbook Air.

Colors explode off the screen with incredible vibrancy, while blacks are truly inky for unmatched contrast. Every detail pops, from the fiery explosions in your favorite shooter to the delicate textures in a fantasy RPG.

This is my first time gaming on an Oled display and it is truly a game changer. And so far after a month of owning this particular monitor I have not seen any issues so far. The only reason for the 4 stars is I really wish the bezel was thinner. But other than that it’s amazing.

I’ve had this monitor for years now and it still looks as stunning as when I got it

I've had an OLED TV for over five years now and I knew the benefits for movies and consoles, so it was a long overdue upgrade for my PC. It had a bigger impact on visuals than any single graphics card upgrade I've ever done; whether it was released in 1995 or 2025, every game in your library instantly looks that much better. My only complaint is the presence of VRR flicker, which is inherent to OLED and VA monitors. Some are better than others and it completely disappears with Gsync/Freesync disabled (if that's an option for you), or it can be minimized with very consistent framerates/frametimes. I've mostly gotten used to it, but I wish it wasn't there.

By far and away the best monitor I’ve ever used. I wanted it when it came out but it was hard to get a hold of for a bit. Now that availibility is hetter I finally got one. Gaming on it is great as well as media consumption. I haven’t noticed the fringing issue everyone’s been talking about.
