Thanks for your feedback about your new headset. Here are some steps that we'd recommend you try with regards to the echo that you're experiencing:
1. Ensure that "Listen to this device" is not selected in the Control Panel, by performing the following steps:
Right-click the Sound icon located in the lower right-hand corner.
Select the Recording tab.
Select the Alienware Headset form the list.
Touch or click Properties.
Select the Listen tab.
Make sure the check box to the left of Listen to this device is unchecked.
Touch or click OK.
Touch or click OK again.
2. Ensure that only one voice chat application is in use while playing a game. You can find all of the troubleshooting suggestions on this site: http://dell.to/2LmKdMW.

Very easy to use with both USB and line input cords. The retractable microphone and adjustable earpieces make the purchase well worth it.

I did find that on the PS4 and PS5, if you plug it in via the USB, then you get sidetone with no way to turn it off. It works for me as I was trying to get sidetone working with it plugged into the controller, but no success there. The other thing to be aware of is plugging it into a PC via the USB will automatically cause Alienware Command Center to install.
