Aesthetically the headphones look awesome and the color is nice, I think they look a little big but nothing to worry about. I had to try different levels of adjustment to get the perfect fit, even though they feel kind of heavy, it is just a matter of time to get used to. The unboxing is quite easy, everything is placed in the box to make the user experience comfortable and easy. The headphones come with USB and 3.5mm connection which I appreciate because sometimes I connect them to a different device that has a 3.5mm connection only. Connectivity can be a little overwhelming if you don’t possess a Alienware gaming pc, if you do, you just have to use the Command Center to set the headphones up. There are some settings in the command center that you can use if you’re not sure how to set them up. The performance is good, as I mentioned above, they are not perfect because with a long period of usage they become uncomfortable and you have to take them out to rest a little bit. The controls are in a rare position that can be difficult to reach but don’t worry this is like everything in life… you just have to get used to. Sound quality is good, but the bass is something that I miss because I like be immerse while I’m playing any game. In conclusion, for the price I can say they are worth it, if those little issues mentioned before are not that important to you, I can recommend this good looking headphones.

This is a very good headset for this price range. They come packaged very nicely, almost premium, but not quite to that level. The build quality feels very nice, like they will last a while and hold up to average use. I love the retractable microphone. It allows you to easily use the headset as regular headphones without looking awkward with a mic sticking out, and also without risking misplacing the mic after removing it. It’s great to just tuck it away and then pull it out when you’re ready for some gaming. I also really appreciate that you can use this on every console as well as PC. Of course, you’ll only get full surround sound on PC, but you can use the included headphone jack to use it on Xbox/PS4/Switch/or even just as a regular headset to listen to music. The sound quality is good, not great. About what you would expect at this price range. It won’t blow you away, but it gets the job done. As far as comfort, they’re pretty good. I have larger than average ears, and the ear cups give me full coverage without putting too much pressure. They can move around a bit if you are a little more animated during your gaming sessions, but overall I think they’re good. In conclusion, I think this is a great headset for the price range. It offers a full range of connectivity options, has good sound quality, and is fairly comfortable.

I expected these to be amazing, and while the earphones, and headband are surprisingly comfortable, the sound quality was lacking and the microphone was not up to par, it sounded like talking into a stockpot. I would definitely stay away from these and go for something that's been proven.

Great headset, wish it had a wireless option/upgrade

For a gaming headset I appreciate the simple design, it does have a little flair from alienwares recent hardware line, but there isn't anything overall flashy. The headset itself adjust by the earcups themselves, the frame does not move up and down which is a little bit of a change from other headset. The headset looks like it may be a little bulky, overall it does have a very lightweight feel. The memory foam and overall size of the earcups are comfortable, I don't feel my ear pushing against the inside of the headset so this give a much more enjoyable experience. The retractable MIC is nice, I haven't heard any negative feedback from those in chat as I have with similar designed microphones from other brand headsets. The L and R inside the earcups is a nice design touch. I do appreciate all of the cables included with the headset itself, they are are interchangeable from the headset itself. The headset comes with a 3.5mm to USB cable , a standard 3.5mm cable, and a 3.5mm splitter for mic and headset ports on a soundcard or I/O panel. The standard 3.5mm cable and USB cable both have in line controls. Overall this is a really well rounded headset, all of the included cables gives you the means to use this headset for most any gaming platform, you can even use this with your phone if you have a 3.5mm jack or a 3.5mm adapter for your device.The headset out of the box is very comfortable, I expect it to get ever more so once the memory foam wears a little.
