The moment I pulled this keyboard out of its box I fell in love. The keys while they do clack and click...its not obnoxiously loud. The feel of the plastic is different then what I expected. It has a nice texture to it and doesn't feel cheap. It has several preset zones for the rgb including the WASD keys.

So many options to light your board. You can even create a pattern. I use this for school not gaming and it’s perfect and a bit fun. As someone not tech savvy even I was able to figure it out. I know I will never reach its full potential but I bought it so my hands don’t hurt and let’s be honest...the color LOL but my wrists don’t hurt and the keys are easy to touch

Dream of a keyboard, so satisfying to press any key at all, the lights are pleasant and it’s just got a great overall feel to it. If you like wireless then go elsewhere but I prefer wired so this thing is great for me.
I’m a gamer from time to time and this response time is crazy fast. Almost too fast for typing normally, but I quickly adapted and have made few mistakes typing on it normally

Really good keyboard. The lighting is customizable but there are some timing things with the lighting that i wish could be reaponsive a little faster. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase!

Keyboard looks absolutely Beautiful and Wonderful. I bought this for a little over $60. My First Time using a $20 Certificate Discount and first Open Box Product.
I wanted to Test the Keyboard to see if it functions and it does. No Errors from the Keys. I didn't open the Plastic Wrap because I wanted to save this Keyboard for another time.
The only thing that wasn't there with the Product was, there was no Tape holding the Outside Box and the Inside Box Together to prevent the Inner Box Product from sliding out to one side or the other. It might be a little silly for me to say but that's basically it. I wish Best Buy would've put Tape on both Sides of the Box to prevent the Product from sliding out but overall, no Damages have been found at all on the Keyboard.
I am completely satisfied with my Product.

Coming from a Razor Chroma that had an over the top clicking and clacking sound while typing this keyboard is a breath of fresh air. The sound is much more tame with these switches. The RGB is beautiful, the volume wheel is surprisingly a nice feature that I use often, only zonk I can think of is it doesn’t include a palm rest like my Chroma did. Overall a fantastic board.

one of the keys started malfunctioning about 6 months in, so I'd suggest getting the insurance on it. Now it's not working at all and I've had this keyboard for 11 months. aside from that I really liked it. it's a key that is essential for my work. I guess I used it too much.

Alien Control Center picked up the keyboard easily. Easy to modify the lighting and the direction the lighting moves on the keyboard. Much better than the Dell keyboard that came with the Alienware computer. A must have for gaming imo.

I recently had a stroke and needed a keyboard that was easier to use with my unaffected hand, which was NOT my dominant hand. This keyboard has been a godsend as it allows me to finally enjoy my favorite pastime—MMORPGs. With the use of this keyboard I can easily identify which keys I am pressing while the high profile keys keep my fingers from inadvertently pressing the wrong keys. The color profiles are fun and awesome for my limited eyesight and dark office. I love this keyboard!!!

Typing is a computer chore that requires some attention to what you are doing. Having a responsive keyboard under your fingers engages your hands, and brain as well. This is a “gaming” keyboard, and I still have no idea what that means. What I can say is that if what your fingers are doing agrees with your brain you’re probably not going to make as many mistakes or typos. A good keyboard accomplishes this through the way the surface of the keys are designed, their side-to-side “play” (or preferably lack of), the decisiveness of the downwards stroke, and precision with which they return to the starting position. In the world of COVID-19, it’s not a safe idea in-store to go typing on a bunch of keyboards. So, instead, I searched for a keyboard using quality ratings, and descriptions that matched my preferences. This Alienware won. It was a very good choice, as the feeling of typing on this keyboard has given my work a needed boost. And I shouldn’t forget to mention that the cord is a heavy-duty woven cloth mesh, not the flimsy rubber string that gets easily tangled.

The thing that I love most about this keyboard is that it is aesthetically pleasing! It's just so beautiful and can be very easily customized, my workplace doesn't allow us to download software so the fact that I could customize the lighting without installing any application is a plus for me.
And i love the clickity sounds that it's making everytime I touch the button, so satisfying to the ears.

Chose this keyboard because of its comfort and smooth key punch while being quiet and still effective. Also looks amazing!

Love this keyboard, the RGB on it is fun to use you can change so many different areas to different colors. Feels like a very well-made Keyboard. Must have if you own an Alienware computer
