Chose this keyboard because of its comfort and smooth key punch while being quiet and still effective. Also looks amazing!

The thing that I love most about this keyboard is that it is aesthetically pleasing! It's just so beautiful and can be very easily customized, my workplace doesn't allow us to download software so the fact that I could customize the lighting without installing any application is a plus for me. And i love the clickity sounds that it's making everytime I touch the button, so satisfying to the ears.

one of the keys started malfunctioning about 6 months in, so I'd suggest getting the insurance on it. Now it's not working at all and I've had this keyboard for 11 months. aside from that I really liked it. it's a key that is essential for my work. I guess I used it too much.

I run this keyboard, matching mouse, and monitor up front with my R1 laptop closed I. The background. The keyboard is amazing and would rather wear it out than my laptop. The Alienfx is outstanding.

This was the first nice keyboard I have ever purchased and it was worth the investment! The keys are less noisy than a mechanical keyboard and is super smooth and extremely responsive. Plus the colors <3

This was a birthday gift to my dad to match his Alienware tower. This is the best prebuilt keyboard I've used, and typing on it is a joy. My dad loves the color, and has created plenty of settings for it.

It's a great keyboard, and looks beautiful. The keys feel tactile and quick; which is perfect for gaming. The only con I have, is that it has 2 USB cables out the back (which clogs up my key ports). Otherwise great keyboard.

I was kinda disappointed by this keyboard at first. I't wasn't really like the other gaming keyboards I've used. It is lighter and flimsier. It is made entirely of plastic instead of plates of metal like most other gaming keyboards. There are less buttons than I'm used to (which I honestly don't use anyway). The lighting was spread out more then focused sharply on a single letter. I kept using it because I wanted to give it a fair chance. I'm glad I did. After a day or so of using it I noticed its a dream to type on. The lower height of the keys make it really easy to touch type. The keys aren't squishy but have a firmness about them. They also do not take a tendentious amount of force to make contact. It seems very comfortable so far. This model has a pass through USB port on the left side. You will need to use 2 usb ports for this keyboard and passthrough port. For me it's not a big deal as i plug my mouse into it. I used USB2.0 ports for both plugs.

Love the white & simplicity for the keyboard. Keys are quiet and easy to clean. Easy to personalize different profiles for gaming, daily use or just for looks. Volume feature is great and convenient. Great first buy!

The keyboard feels nice to type on for gaming sessions. The colors are nice and bright. The only thing that holds it back, is the Alienware Command Center software. For me, sometimes my themes save to the keyboard and sometimes it doesnt.

This is my first alienware product. I have been wanting something for years and years. I heard not so great things since they were purchased by Dell but I decided to find out for myself. I bought this keyboard specifically because it had the 10 key. I was a little concerned about it being low profile but I pulled the trigger anyway. I regret nothing. It took a little while to fet used to but its by far my fsvorite keyboard now. The only bad part is that you cant use it with any other lighting software but the alienware app is good enough to mirror any lighting effects you may have on your other devices. 10/10 would buy again
