Although I was a bit apprehensive about changing brands of keyboards (and it was a white keyboard) I have been very happy with the keyboard.

Alienware Keyboards are awesome, very aesthetically pleasing and keys are perfect! I am really enjoying my purchase.

Really nice keyboard. Works well for gaming and my regular work. The RGB is really easy to use through the command center and i love the usb pass through.

Alienware has always been a great brand with high quality products. This product is not different. The keys feel nice to the touch and are almost addicting to press. Definitely worth the money.

plain and simple I am a gamer I built my own PC and this keyboard leaved up to its name. Its like typing on air. you will not need another keyboard after you get this one.

Love the backlighting, and the ability to customize the colors. I am also one to love a clicky keyboard, so this is perfect for me. Easy to hook up, and works right away.

super but will not work with a ps5 playstation 5 unreal thats the bad thing about this monitor they needs to fixed this problem is not good for gamers

Never again. Never and ever again. I paid over $100 for a keyboard that was used. Thinking that it would be checked before sent out to me. I thought: it should still be a really good keyboard because it's stated it's an excellent condition just used which is fine. It wasn't fine. Three of the keys don't even work at all - which makes the keyboard dead in the water for me. I still popped off the keys to clean it out because I figured maybe it was just dirty. It is dirty but that didn't help the keys working. There's literal grime around each key base. They don't clean it before they send it out to new customers? I understand that I can drive the 45 minutes that is between me and the nearest Best buy and get a refund. But I work 7 days a week 9 hours a day. That's why I ordered it online.

Just like the rest of the Alienware r11 mouse and this keyboard are amazing love the customization lighting is extremely bright or dimmed down to your liking!

Mostly good things to say. It looks great, and the keys are satisfying to type on. The issue I have is the short throw keys. It’s been over 2 months, and I still find myself mistyping words. Aside from my fingers still getting used to key actuation I love it.

It is a good keyboard, very smooth and easy to type or game on. A bit big for my taste now but that’s not the keyboards fault. My biggest issue with it is the Alienware software used to control the RGB as it is INCREDIBLY finicky and for awhile completely inoperable.

If weren't for the terrible lack of white, low profile gaming keyboards I would have given it a 4 (mostly due to the slight wobble in the space bar that shouldn't exist at this price point). The linear action takes some getting used to, but once you do it's great. The cord is a bit thick in order to accommodate a USB port on the back of the keyboard. Personally I like one there for my mouse so its up to personal preference. If you want a low profile, mechanical keyboard this is likely the best option on the market.
