This keyboard is the best one I’ve ever used I’ve been tethered to cherry and mixed blues up to this point and using the cherry MX silent raids is a complete game changer. This keyboard makes hardly any noise but feels very nice to use unlike normal cherry MX reds Cherry MX reds feel way too spongy, and are just not good. But these feel amazing

Sound from the keys is soft and creamy in my opinion, and the response time with both USB cables plugged in is so fast. I love that the keyboard has a USB port on it for quick access. My biggest complaint is not very serious. In order to change the color settings you need to install an Alien fx program. Then you need to install fx settings that preexist or create your own. On the plus side you can really edit your light display but on the downside that's so annoying for some keyboard lighting. Keys are quiet enough it's perfect for an office or a gamer.

This is a great keyboard! I’m very particular when it comes to what kind of keyboard I use bc I don’t like the big traditional keys. These keys are a great compromise. They are clicky but not to loud which is great. And I LOVE that I can change the underlying color!!!

I got this to match the case I got for my new build since it was white. Absolutely love this keyboard and it's lighting effects. It has pre-programmed lighting profiles on the keyboard, which is nice to customize it. Only issue I have is I can't get the Alienware Command Center to work, but that's no issue of the product.

Easy install, nice rgb lighting and mechanical keys are not very loud at all. Works fine with the Alienware command center. Highly recommend. I have used the corsair mechanical before. similar product, but the low profile is great

Recently got into mechanical keyboards. And boy...coming from only using membrane switches on my old ASUS ROG Strix laptop, this one here was just incredible right out of the box. I'm using it right now. It has such a buttery smooth feel, without even lubing it myself. The volume scroll is super nice and easy to use. Currently sticking with the original keycaps, but planning to swap it out one day possibly (it just looks so perfect and clean already with the perfect translucency for the font) Definitely worth it if you can find it on sale here like I did (Open-Box was $97 before taxes for excellent condition). I was scared it was going to be too "clacky" or the clicking was going to be too loud (like my younger brother's corsair keyboard). But no, this low-profile sits really nice. One of the best things about this is the sick RGB lighting, definitely goes well with anything, especially other Alienware products! Recommended!

This is by far one of my favorite gaming keyboards. Unfortunately all the keys tend to break after about a year. This one is 14 months old and two keys broke within a week. I am not a heavy gamer. The keyboard has been used less than 50 times. The key caps break off the most used buttons. There is no replacement keys for this keyboard. If it's less than your old you have to send your keyboard all the way in to get a new one replaced. Dell should make replacement keys for the gaming keyboards!

Great low profile keyboard to pair with your Alienware aesthetic. The keys are fast, responsive and quiet. I wasn’t a fan of the bulky mechanical keyboards even though I can see why most serious gamers prefer them. This gives you the best of both worlds.

recently bought this keyboard, the key strokes are soft with no noise. Id like it a bit better if it had a click stroke but none the less keyboard is awesome! The lighting on it is bright which is awesome when using it at night slim sleek design. very happy with it.

I don't use this keyboard, but I bought it for my son. According to him, he says it is much, much better than the basic keyboard. He likes the options for customization and the LED colors that it has on it. Per him, it works for the games and purpose that he requires.

I love the Alienware Gaming Keyboard. The lights are awesome! In comparison to my previous keyboard, it is more noisy when using the keys, but it doesn't bother me.
