This mouse works really well. You can select up to five profiles depending on what you are doing or playing. The only big complaint I have is the software doesn't let you remap the side buttons. They just do forward and back in a browser. Not useful for any games I played.

When it comes to PC gaming accessories, avid/casual/moderate PC gamers all have some sort of preference with products and brands we utilize. I've been a PC gamer for over two decades, and while I am a casual gamer, I have been fortunate enough to utilize a wide variety of different brands and products over these years. I'd also say that once I found a product I liked from a particular brand, I'm usually pretty loyal to that brand. With that said, when it comes to gaming mice, I've also utilized different brands among a variety of games (FPS, MMOs, RPGs, etc.). This product in particular definitely belongs in the competition with other gaming mice in the same price bracket, though it also has room to grow moving forward. The mouse itself has a good "feel" to it when using it. As a side note, for someone with small or medium hands, the mouse may feel a little large - I have large hands, and the mouse feels slightly big, but not uncomfortable. Also, the material quality of it could likely be improved a little. Use-wise, it is actually pretty nice to have a mouse be both wired and wireless, and when using it wirelessly, there isn't much "lag" or a delay in response times, at least from a "casual-moderate" PC gamer's perspective. I'd imagine that some moderate and "hardcore" PC gamers may notice something more, but for the "casual" PC gamer, this mouse is good. - As a bonus it is also nice to be able to travel with this mouse if you game on a desktop and a laptop, or just a laptop. This customization of the RGB is fairly simple, though for someone who is not computer savvy, I can see where someone may need some more instructions or direction for initial set-up and use. You do need the mouse's software to customize it. I do wish the mouse itself had maybe a couple more input buttons to use, but I imagine that this can improve during the next iteration. Overall, I'd say for a casual PC gamer or for someone who doesn't play a game requiring a lot of buttons, this mouse will do the trick. But for more moderate or avid PC gamers, this mouse may leave some things to be desired in a gaming mouse.

This is a great mouse for gaming and every day use. The battery can last you a long time as long as you remember tu turn it off. The application to set up the RGB and macros is pretty similar to other companies, but I found it kind of hard to set up just regular keys. I did not feel any delay when playing any FPS games so that is a plus in my list. The only personal issue that I have is that it's a little big for my hand and makes it uncomfortable to use ( I have small hands)

This thing is incredible, I was skeptical about the whole wireless thing, I thought that they might end up having a bunch of latency problems, if that’s what’s stoping you jump to it, there’s no difference between cord or not cord, the response is incredible, while having the freedom of not being attached to anything, the battery life is amazing as well, when they put the 250 hours of life batter per charge they aren’t lying either, I usually spend long sessions of gaming and this mouse haven’t been a problem whatsoever, 10/10 I would recommend!!

If I were getting really specific about my complaints I wish it were just slightly heavier and I wish the wheel could spin more freely, but those are small complaints. The Mouse is really stylish, has a great form factor, and is super responsive. Well worth the money.

I bought this mouse in May 2020 (During Covid) due to my older alienware advanced mouse giving out after 2 years of use. I was excited to get this for the wire/wireless configuration and the more ergonomic shape. BUT THAT's all and where the pluses end, this mouse is CHEAP, lightweight plastic and has none of the features the prior mouse had. No changeable wings, no weight or heaft. Plus I just get the infinate circle of lighting and poor items with this. The price of this mouse is not even comparable to what its worth. I swear this is like a $20 mouse to them and offers no real advantages. I would highly advise go LOGITECH or CORSAIR instead. As I can't file a claim with Dell for this issue.. Its a pain and something I curse at every day and looking to replace. And most of all they won't respond via twitter or facebook and I get the run around on the phone system. So I'm getting close to a paper weight for 2 months worth of use! SO POOR with service, implementation and for the cost its for the birds. I'm really thinking of abandoning Alienware/Dell after all of this as Dell is really cheapening the brand... Alienware was supposed to be gaming, and reliable and worthy of the name. But NOT THIS PIECE OF JUNK.... Just awaiting and hoping for some sort of recylce/trade benefit like in the past where brining in a old mouse might get me a % off a new mouse to get rid of this this. SO STAY FAR FAR AWAY... AND ALIENWARE/DELL IF YOUR READING, YOU SHOULD HAVE RESPONDED! Your Facebook and Twitter automation that is asking for service tags don't help me with accessories since I didn't get this with the original purchase! TOTALLY FRUSTRATING and POOR!

This mouse lost it's ability to keep a charge within 6 weeks of purchase. Probably because it sat on a shelf for over a year before it was purchased. Waste of money.
