It is by far my favorite gaming mouse, and I own the Corsair Dark Core SE and several Logitech gaming mice. While Logitech comes in a close second, the Alienware AW610M wins out.

The mouse is great. It's a bit big but easily gotten used to. The mouse wheel is very grippy and the buttons are responsive. The fact that you can use it wired or wireless was my overall buying point.

It’s advertised weeks of gaming in between charges and I ran it dead in 3-4 days of moderate gaming.

Overall design and look of the mouse is excellent and gamers around you will be a bit jelly 2. Alienware Command center software for light control and to manage the mouse is easy to use and excellent compliment because I already have an Alienware laptop 3. No batteries needed (like ever) and charging is lighting fast 4. The ability to change the mouse DPI on-the-fly using middle mouse button with responding light display is just awesome (only tested 800 to 1200 DPI) 5. The middle tracker button used for scrolling has a comfortable feeling and grip The Bad: 1. Not a Bluetooth mouse so it still requires a USB dongle and/or USB cable (that means you must give up a USB slot on your laptop) 2. Alienware Command center software for light control is an additional program in addition to the native Alienware command center if you own an Alienware laptop (I wish the software should have been integrated) - Does not affect non-Alienware laptop owners 3. Macros to program the mouse keys are very difficult to learn/understand/use even for a computer savvy person 4. The instruction manual is download only (I guess to save the environment - not really bad thing)

The lighting effects are really cool and the wired/wireless option is very convenient

Which he loves and said it was easy to connect!! Now he needs a monitor and wireless keyboard.. but this mouse can be wired or wireless which is great!!

Love how it all lights up. You can easily plug it in to charge when you are done using it or when battery gets low. Haven't really tested the distance yet, because I just use it in my room.

My favorite feature is the intensity of the scrolling wheel (more force to scroll) and right underneath the scroll button is the change of speed for cursor. Perfect for work/gaming
