It developed a double click issue within 6 months. i thought it was the software, but upon a google search, found that many had this mechanical issue. I've had issues with all my Alienware equipment. I could say I would never buy Alienware/Dell again, but really, would they care?

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Alienware 610M Mouse sets itself apart from all others in this category with an unheard of 16000 DPI sensor. This allows you to move precisely where you intend to. Whether its in call of duty, Battlefield, Fortnite or even Photoshop. I tested this unit against another big-name wireless mice and this one won hands down. I played some new call of Duty and was amazed at the new-found Total control I had. The seven programmable buttons made tossing grenades, sneak attack etc. very easy and increased my speed in doing so. I then edited a few vacation photos that needed some masking. I didn’t have to move all the way in to the pixel level like with other mice, with just a little zoom, I was able to edit with great results. The Mouse speed sensitivity can be changed via a button underneath the mouse from 800-16000 DPI which allows you to adjust on the fly to your desired need. I like this feature because I don’t have to get into the settings and play around with it. I can just flip it and make adjustments and be done. (color changes based on speed setting) The battery is top of the line, you get 350 hours on a full charge making this a great portable mouse as well as a wired mouse should you choose. The overall feel of the mouse is great. It fits my med to large hands perfect. My thumbs line up with the two left buttons, my index and middle fingers also line up without issue. The Omron switches also feel good and precise for a guaranteed 20 million clicks durability. No paperwork is included, other than the standard warnings and such. Should you want all the particulars on the mouse head to dell and search up the mouse for a manual. Now for the cool part…. Using Dell software, you are able to choose up to 16.8 million different colors to match your PC, Mood, Room etc. After inserting the mouse via wired connection, the software installed, and I updated. I then used the very user-friendly software to set my buttons up and change my colors. I like the morph effect myself. Once I got everything tweaked to my liking, I was off and running. This mouse Is great for anyone from Massive gamer to Photographer who needs minute adjustments. I would recommend this to friends and family!!
