Only giving four stars because the built in software (Alienware Command Center) is a big hit or miss. I only had the laptop for a couple of hours then the command center wasn't opening properly, long story short I had to reset the computer but no problems since then.

Which came in very handy since he was having a problem with his computer at work. Talk about a gift that just keeps on giving. Work and play. AGAIN Best Buy one of the best stores to buy from.family. He wouldn't recommend just yet because he still playing with it to see how much he likes it

Setup was quick and easy. The laptop is much lighter than previous iterations of the alienware laptops. Fans have different profile that you can choose depending on what you're planning to do such as browsing on the laptop (quiet) to gaming (performance mode. The ssd is small but you can always buy a 2tb ssd to supplement the smaller ssd. The screen is bright and nice with some good color gamut.
