Great gaming computer with the full mobile RTX 2070 Super which can handle demanding games at high settings with ease. I threw all I could at it and could not make it choke. It runs hot under a load, as all gaming computers do, but it can be managed in the settings if you do a little digging. Only thing I hate that it has a soldiered 16GB of memory which takes away any future proofing since you cannot upgrade the memory but it still games like the best of them.

I bought this laptop for my 14 year old son. He loves it. He said it’s super fast and he can do homework, zoom, and play Fortnite. He also loves the sleek look. His only complaint is that it still overheats like the previous model.

This is the 2nd Alienware m15 R3 laptop I'm working with. The first one I purchased was running hot (79-90 degrees) and would become unresponsive when I tried to save my work, was extremely sluggish when trying to multitask or change apps, etc... Just made an even exchange today, as the gentlemen at Best Buy said this laptop is known for running hot but it's not an issue until it gets over 100 degrees. However, the sluggishness and the non-responsiveness are defects. So, today starts round 2... we'll see what happens. I'm saying yes at the moment because I have to put an answer but, 'm honestly not sure yet, if I would recommend this laptop.

Great performance but battery life is terrible. Because the screen is 300hz there is no support for nvidia optimus so you can't switch to the intel hd graphics and are always using the rtx 2070 so battery drains very quickly about 2hr with regular usage.

Stellar performance. This laptop is surprisingly light and the performance is exceptional. I got 111 FPS on shadow of the tomb raider on highest setting timespy score of 8800. This laptop is a beast. Only draw back is that the battery lasts 2 hours tops (just browsing and watching YouTube) so if you need to move around a lot you got to carry the power adapter

Overall a good laptop. If you have good internet then no lag when gaming. Graphics are really good. The battery life is horrible. Only 2 hours so I have to keep it plugged in all the time. Kinda defeats the purpose of a laptop.

Really high quality laptop. Great resultion and great speed, works really well for gaming. Only concern I've had was trying to keep it nice and cool because it does get pretty hot. Overall great quality laptop

This is a amazing gaming laptop. Compared to others I've used it stays decently cool, the fps with the 2070 super is amazing in the games I play. Battery life really isn't that terrible given the internals and the high screen refresh rate. I highly recommend, especially with the value of it currently on sale.

Sharp and clear screen with almost no light bleeding compare to my first gen Alienware M17x. Not as heavy as previous model and love the Alienware lighting and overall design. My games feel like new playing on this rig. Using it for several months now and no issues. Best deal when on sale.

Love my new laptop, runs great and doesn't get as hot as my old gaming laptop did during gaming. Only bad experience I had was picking it up through curbside pickup at the BestBuy I got it at. They gave the one I bought to someone else, and had to give me one from off the shelf.

Only had it a few weeks but runs great. Only concern is it runs real hot while gaming for long periods of time. other than that no complaints.

Super fast, reliable, and great graphics. I would highly recommend this laptop for anybody who is wanting to game. I also use it for stock market which is like perfect for my line of work. Looking for something that a while somebody this is your laptop.

Performance in games is good bordering on great for a laptop. Cooling is loud but performant. 300hz screen makes for buttery smoothness in esports titles. The biggest issue though, is battery life. The 300hz screen pulls power like nobody’s business and for some reason, Alienware did not design this device to ever turn off the dedicated GPU. So expect no more then an hour and a half of battery.

Good performance but battery life only lasts 90 mins at most only web browsing and it gets very hot

Best laptop ever, it do all the job and games, but I have two concerns, get to hot but this is expected and the memory is fixed at the main board

Good Laptop, dont really like the fact they Solder on the ram on the laptop enabling to access or upgrading it. I update my ssd to 2Terabytes plus 556 gb and sd 556gb given it the space i need. battery is 2hr on regular use

The laptop is awesome but one major drawback is how hot it gets when playing games.

This is an awesome and powerful laptop. The fan can get a little loud when gaming, but I don't mind, especially with the performance
