Would have given it give stars, everything is great except the Ethernet connector, which I definitely use, I ended up getting a type c Ethernet adapter because the one on the laptop doesn't work unless you hold the plug in the exact spot. Everything else about it is awesome and I added another 1TB SSD to it (it does have a spare slot of you were wondering.

It works great it doesn’t run hot I watched a review off of YouTube and it pretty much fixed everything I would get throttlestop but great computer all around and pretty cheap for the performance

This so far is a pretty solid computer I’ve been gaming and streaming nightly with it and my only complaint is it can get hot but that’s to be expected with a laptop this powerful

Returned this laptop. Two words describe this machine Hot and Heavy; and not in a good way. Even in basic, non-cpu, tasks it ran so hot I could not keep it on my lap to use. Speed was good and all the ports are amazing; battery life was awful…

Laptop was great until the graphics card fan died a week after I bought it. Dell support was very responsive but getting a replacement was a slow process. I'd give it 5 starts if not for the hardware failure. Outside of the initial issues the laptop was really good. Games played on highest settings with no issues and looked great.

I only had one issue with this laptop. The ram is soldered. It looks good and has great performance. I believe it was the cheapest laptop with a 8 core CPU and a 3070.

I wish i could give this a 5 star review but this thing runs hot, way too hot for my liking, there are plenty of guides to undervolt it and what not but it just does not leave me comfortable enough to game a full session on it. temps will hit 80+ on this even with the full speed option enabled. will probably return my unit and probably look for something that runs a bit cooler

Awesome laptop. I get more performance out of the 3070 than a 3080 i have in another laptop, but runs alot hotter compared to it.

I wanted a fast, high quality gaming laptop and that is exactly what I got. Get a laptop cooler though, because this thing is smoking fast!

I love this computer and would have given it a 5 star if it wasn’t for just 2 things. Number one, battery life...without the charger I get 1 hour, 2 hours tops while gaming. The only other issue is personally I wish the keys were a little deeper/clickety clackety. But being a laptop they’re not too bad, all in all it’s an amazing machine.

Good Laptop. With a 175/300 GPU OC I’m getting an 11400 Timespy Graphics score, and stable in games. I mainly use it for VR flight/space sims. Works decently with Quest 2 in DCS and Star Wars squadrons, but I have to set the graphics to low and degrade the resolution about 10-15% in order to get it completely smooth.

Powerhouse! This little thing is spectacular. Rtx 3070 runs any game at max!

This laptop works quit well. I enjoy playing halo. This machine does it with no issues. The display is clear and using the machine is easy. The only two issues I have are the rgb software is confusing and have not been able to control the keyboard colors and the keyboard does not light all the symbles on the keys.

The solid system will have all power you will need for college gaming. I purchased this for my son before leaving for college. He left this desktop system behind and bought a monitor to increase the display size. He loves it at school and is able to handle all of his school tasks.

I decided to give it a try since I never owned an Alienware laptop. I must admit while owning it was really cool owning something this powerful and with great design. Its definitely worth buying if you get one that works well for you. Based on my rating, I did have to return the laptop while making a few exchanges. Some suffered some screen bleeding as well as the lid being uneven and had a slight curve causing it to not to close the laptop properly. I may just have received duds but I didn’t want to risk the third one to have issues as well. Overall, if you find one that doesn’t suffer from any of the prior issues then I’d highly recommend this laptop for anyone who wants the best features and with cool sleek designs.

One of the best laptops that I have used in this price range. Everything with this system works well together. The only con for me is the battery life, which in my experience was 2 hours and that was just browsing the web I didn’t test to see how quick it died while gaming.

Hands down one of the better gaming laptops you can buy. Only downside is that the ram is soldered on and can’t be upgraded down the line. If you are only using this for gaming then this won’t be a problem since most games are optimized for 16GB.
