With that said, for the most part it is great, but he has had problems with some of his games from Steam cutting off, as well as his settings on his computer reverting back to default with no prompting, and a few other things. Hopefully the problems don't continue or get worse.

Only thing was Alienware software was glitch. Tried reinstalling no go. Watched Youtube on how to completely uninstall and reinstall and voila! It worked

Good But way over priced

So far I have been happy with it but the constant ramping up and down of the fans is kind of a dealbreaker for me. They constantly run and it gets distracting using this computer with the fans constantly ramping up. For a laptop that costs 2k that’s highly unacceptable. The display is very nice. Displays is one thing dell does well.

In the beginning when I was setting up my device. I had to reset my entire computer and I fixed it but this computer is new just would of like to know about the key sooner.
