The 240 hz qhd screen is quite fluid, clear and colorful. The frame rate is comparable to a 10850k/3070 desktop. If you want a desktop replaceme t, this is it.

Please do not waste your money

Only 6 months after purchase I sent in for a mother board replacement, but after receiving it I started getting blue screen errors and forced re-boot. After repeated engagements with customer service I was met with a "higher level" department who has been rude, disrespectful and downright unhelpful. He is basically leaving me with no resolution. If you are considering this laptop because of looks and specs, please STAY AWAY. It is not worth it due to their AWFUL customer service who does not care about you, whatsoever. I regret every buying Alienware.

I’ve had it for 2 years and i’ve faced nothing but crashing and motherboard issues. The manufactures refuse to replace the laptop and keep trying to “fix” it, which ends up just causing more issues. The laptop will 100% run into charging problems, do NOT buy.

First would not even turn on. This one, the power would turn on but would not boot. Not into bios, windows, or even the LCD test screen power up. I have an old Alienware that is still killing it, I don’t know what happened, but these are trash now.

I had 2 different laptops and on both the cpu temp was in the 90s with only 10% usage. The fans would ramp up and down during web browsing. I really like the design and wanted it to work but ended up with an Asus and have none of those problems.
