This is a really nice looking laptop and the build quality is great but unfortunately the hardware had issues. The sound would go out, then come back on after restarting but then soon go out again. A tech from Microsoft tried to fix the issue and couldn’t. The laptop also kept freezing and crashing at random times. Had to return it.

Absolutely worstnpurchas eI have ever had. After a few weeks of owning this junk.laptop the sound stopped working. I contactes customer service who spent over an hour navigating my computer via a remote access and eventually got it to work.... Then a wrrk later the sound stops working. I spent two hours searching the web and eventually gornit to work.... The very next time I use it... thwn very next time..... the sound goes out after an hour of use. I will be asking for a full refund. Will never buy another dell again. Thw last dell I bought, the touch screen stopped working after 6 months.... Alien ware is supposed to be top of the line. I am so angery I could spit.

I had a problem with the laptop took it in for an exchange. Very easy the only thing was i had to wait for the new one it wasn't in stock .

Great computer, I bought for work, so far so good. I believe the price was really good, despite this is a Alienware the price was really good

Beautiful screen and graphics…. But I don’t know if I received a defective model or what. Everything ran incredibly slow fresh out of the box. I installed one program with two games and it was so laggy. Very disappointing considering I’d only ever heard people singing Alienware praises

Computer was great. A little slower than expected for the specs it came with but not what I was looking for. I needed something more mobile.

I like everything about it. I have had no problems with this laptop. Amazing colors, awesome resolution, and easy to use.

I have loved this computer so far. I bought it mainly for life simulation games, and I have not been disappointed with the download speeds for those games

So far this has been an excellent machine. The first laptop I have had with enough ports.

Poor/Decent Laptop but going back I'd rather spend my money on a Digital Storm that has reliable customer service. I bought this laptop in Spring of 25' and the right side of the keyboard is already having issues. I follow the Alienware subreddit and they have poor experiences with the warranty and general repair team. If I could do it all over again, I would choose Digital Storm to provide me a quality laptop and not Dell's poor quality. Welcome to the American Century of Humiliation.

My son loves it. Wish that he had brought one long ago instead of the iPhone.
