    This laptop overall isnt anything special, nor is it that bad when well maintained. My overall problem with it before I switched to desktop is that the keyboard was giving me issues, at the software level (which was only resolved after giving the computer a fresh restart.)

    Very good product out of the box. Love the changes from last years model. Only downside is the 16GB of RAM but it is upgradable. Dell bloat takes up a good bit of that default 16.

    This Alienware is a speed machine, despite being a laptop. Although it can run hot, the internal fans kick in as needed. Overall a great machine for both work and play!
