I was so spoiled with my Alienware desktop that I had to get the laptop as well. It just works! Each and every time without fail. We have a home business and that is valuable. From editing, bookkeeping, programing, and gaming....It does everything without any lagging or issues. I have had other workhouse computers including apple and HP. They do not compare, from customer service to compatibility. Alienware will always be my go to.

I travel alot and stay at hotels often this laptop helps me get work done and game it at the end of the day

Really great laptop, vesy fast, & great graphics. It does get pretty hot so I recommend a decent laptop cooling stand and you are good to go.

I upgraded mine to 64 gb ram and 5tb ssd, this thing is amazing. My games are beautiful and i can fit a ton of them.

Very nice laptop 2 things stood out 1 design either you hate it or love they slimmed up the back side and the material is solid well built the 2 the I/O choices I hated the placement of the usb was right next to my house hand no ports on the left side besides the Ethernet jack .As for how it ran well pretty well solid fps in 1440P if you catch it on sale go for it or look open box but for 1900 new I think there are better cheaper options out there

Needed to upgrade from an ASUS gaming laptop which I had for about 10 years or so, and so far this PC has yet to disappoint. I use it for the occasional gaming and for work. One thing that kinda triggers me is when it goes into performance mode, everything gets loud and if you are somewhere where it's completely silence you will get looked at, not a fan of that but you get used to it. Hopefully it'll last as long as the ASUS that got pushed into retirement lol.

I like the Alienware laptop it has amazing performance in games I would recommend that you do all the updates first and be aware that it going to run really hot in the beginning but will eventually cool down. I got a good amount of fps on high to ultra high around 100-160. It is lighter than most gaming laptops with similar specs. Battery life is about 4-6 hours

Comfortable to use. Easy portability for travel. Loved the weight and performance. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased the Alienware laptop for our son and were not disappointed - great laptop with all the bells and whistles he wanted! And, when it went on sale a week after we purchased it, Best Buy gave us the sale price. You have a customer for life!

The price was amazing they had a deal save 400$ and these specs rock, i play apex legends at 240hz with no lags or any issues at 1440p, can run any AAA title latest games easily on max settings would love to recommend to everyone looking to buy a gaming laptop, bettee than asus or other brands

Excellent build quality, but I ultimately went with a 4080 GPU and have not regretted it. Screen was a bit dim.

Loud and powerful! Sounds like a jet taking off in high performance mode! Other than that, great entry level gaming laptop with decent battery life. Only gripe is that it comes with only 16gb ram. Need at least 32gb, but upgrade to 64gb for the best.

It’s a great great computer especially for media and gaming but it does not travel well. If you’re looking to buy, I would suggest keeping it at home.

I was looking for a gaming laptop because I have always been a Mac user and wanted to play games on the go. For the games I have played so far being Marvel rivals, 6 Siege, schedule 1 and other steam indy games i have had absolutley no issues.

Top notch convenience buying it with our Best Buy credit card. Laptop served well in the last 2 years and it is still going strong.
