I’ve already left a review on this but let’s try again. It’s a very large and heavy laptop. If you can get over the fact that it’s massive and weighs 10 pounds then go for it. Works well. Returned mine and went smaller with a different brand so I wouldn’t have to buy an oversized backpack and the chiropractor that would have inevitably had to fix all the back pain I would have received from hauling this monster around.

Very happy with this machine. 5 years newer than my previous Alienware laptop, and vastly faster. Graphics processing is definately a step up, though I know there are faster gpus out there. I needed something with stronger graphics rendering to run Architecture programs for school. This works well, and is in a very streamlined package. Slips into back pack easily, and performs well.

Love this laptop. It means all the needs i have and i got it for a good price. It can play all curretn AAA games without issue. Love the customization and the fact it is so sleek. This was designed around perfomance and mobilization. Which wasnt easy to fine. No, it doesnt ha e OLED, but that hasnt bothered me at all.

I absolutely love this laptop. I replaced my desktop with it and paired it with an ultrawide monitor and a dock. It’s the perfect setup for my needs. Clean, powerful, and incredibly convenient.

Bought this gaming pc to play final fantasy XIV on. It’s an amazing pc, fast, has great graphics, and is durable. The lights on the keyboard and alien logo can be customized and give this an awesome look and feel. I did have to get a cooling pad and laptop desk since it does get hot.

Work perfect for what I need it for, but some serious gamers should look into something more. Plays high graphics just fine at 60fps while staying fairly cool, the fan noise will drown out the sound so headphones are recommended. Looks and feels great, no issues with setup or downloads. No ethernet ports but the WiFi chip is great, had as high as 700gbs download speeds (on home WiFi), but this is extremely variable depending on the source of the wifi, as with everything. Graphics are excellent, not ultra/epic good, but impressive.

Overall great performance and impressive peripherals. I would definitely recommend this as a desktop replacement! Great desktop replacement laptop. Very fast, no problem playing games at high settings. The fan gets loud during game play, but that is common with gaming laptops. When used for everyday tasks, makes no noise. Very easy to travel with.

I am an engineering student currently and the laptop I was using previously could not handle the 3D modeling software I use on a daily basis. I would open up very large files and my old laptop would crash before I could really get anything done. But this Alienware came fully equipped to tackle some very large CAD files. I haven’t noticed any lagging or latency. This laptop so far can do it all! I have also been getting into gaming and it has been more than capable! If you are looking for a nice gaming/3D modeling laptop, then look no further! This is an amazing buy and I would 10/10 recommend this product!

The laptop is powerful and runs very well, but it is loud when running on performance mode with the fans at max, though it is silent when on stealth mode. Was doing some research for another laptop and the M16 R2 kept coming up in the reviews for the X16 R2 I was looking at. So I decided to give it a try. It's a little lighter than the X16 and has a decent battery life with little heat issues. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with Alienware. You get what you pay for.

This is a beast. Starts up immediately and runs smooth. It’s quiet until you push it hard. But even then it’s not bad at all. I also have a cooling pad just in case. Graphics are fantastic and this computer is fast as can be. This is my second Alienware and I couldn’t be happier. Great purchase and price. You won’t be disappointed.
