They explained price match and explained how beneficial it would be to use that and purchase the items my son needed. Incredible in a time where my own finances as many must stay in check. Bestbuy not only cared about the sale they cared about retaining is customers...

Fantastic Computer

Would highly recommend - have been buying alienware for years and always impressed.

For the price its a good system

I came from a Razer laptop and the fans are a lot quieter. Doesn't come with a lot of bloatware installed. You can set power profiles for gaming per game or manually change them as you see fit. You can control the RGB lighting, fans, voltage etc. Haven't had any problems.

I can't believe I finally got a decent machine, the price is higher!! But I get it tho.. quality speaks for itself. Processor is very fast and you can even overclock the machine with alienware command Center! Which is pretty awesome if you ask me! The graphics card I don't even know where to begin 10/10. NVIDIA RTX 2070.

Great computer, very fast

I had to let the battery die because it froze at the end of the update. Other than that it’s great. Runs fast and smooth. A lot of memory and has good sound for my music

Powerful Gaming Laptop

This is one of the few I could find. I read all the reviews I could find on it and decided to give it a try. It is expensive, but I think it's worth the price tag. It's fast, it's powerful and it's everything I wanted in a gaming laptop. I highly recommend.

Great for 3D Solid Modeling and FEA

I purchased this unit because of the programs that I need to use for my line of work as a Mechanical Engineer. I was primarily focused on storage capacity, expandable RAM, a SSD and a high performing video card. This computer exceeded my expectations.
