We are a fan of certified geek products but the geek who certified this computer was not a very good geek. This was a Christmas present and my husband turned it on and it did not work. Went to the store to exchange it but they can’t do anything when it’s purchased online. I had to call. But so far so good, they got a replacement out right away. Let’s see how it gors

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome computer, im not tech savvy so not having the firmware update from 1.5.0 to 1.7.2 was a hardship, it won't let me turn off T-Pad. after spending over 1.5 hours on phone with Dell, every time i turn off computer for the night it still turns on T-pad and i got to get my son to go to windows reinstall and restart computer. for the price not worth the hassle.
