WOW!!! I do not game on this Laptop I use it for work!!! runs autocad C3d like a beast!!! my previous desktop would crash when working with #d surfaces all the time.....not any longer!! highly recommend. buying two more for the office

Has a back lighting issue but is the only problem I have found with it. Alienware has a color blind mode which benefits me greatly vs other laptops/desktops it's a beautiful computer and light weight compared to its predecessor's making it more portable.

I needed a new gaming laptop since my HP Omen died. I didn't want to get another Omen since I had a lot of trouble with the last one so I decided to try the Alienware. I love it. It runs smoothly and I haven't had any problems with it at all.

This is by far the fastest laptop I have ever purchased. My son now plays games online and actually has an advantage over other players because how smooth it is. The screen is 300Hz!!! That is just bananas. Love this machine!

This is my 1st alienware. Always wanted one for many years and finally got one. Was very impressed with dell on this one. Excellent display with the 300 Hz screen and very fast.

Moving up from a 10 year old Sony Vaio ....this thing is amazing. So far this computer has done everything I hoped....and more. If there is any thing negative I could say is the battery run time is a little less than 2 hours.

Love this computer. Nice bright keys, power for graphic design, video and photography, as well as beautiful gaming. Back light is a little bright, but fully adjustable. really solid hinge, this feels built to last.

Touch pad is wonky sometimes, but overall its a solid laptop. I hooked up my mouse and played older games like BF 4 and WOW it gets a little warm but nothing to worry over.

Owned a Mac Air prior to this product, and all I can say is I am in love with this laptop. I yet to find a game it does not run on high settings without bugging out, the cooling system is great, and the customizablbality is awesome Since it is a powerful laptop, fans are decently loud and you hear them pretty well, so make sure you got a good pair of headphones. You are also paying for a nice name brand, so even though the price is fairly high, you are getting your moneys worth, although keep an eye for sale, they happen a lot. Overall happy with my purchase, and would recommend to anyone wanting to game on a PC, and does want to build or be stuck in one spot with a desktop computer.

Pretty awesome computer, fast, lots of bells and whistles. Does what I want it to. Best Buy dropped the price $250 a week after I bought it. I felt it was a good deal @ $2200, now its a better deal at $2000.

Great computer for both school and fun. Doesn't really get warm or hot to the touch. Can run several high quality games on ultra settings without issues

its good computer but was not good for me because I work all day on my computer and the fan its not good to keep cool the computer its to hot and same time smell burning inside of the computer

Opted for this laptop after boyfriend’s last Alienware was junked out through the warranty. He absolutely loves it, and it is beautiful. Graphics are great and he’s happy playing games on it.

It is something different, software isn’t as smooth and good looking as a Mac but I’ll get accustomed, I do love it though !

Needed a up to date gaming computer. The Alienware m17 3R had everything I was looking for. The extra bonus was Best Buy delivery was 2 days early. Good product and good service, great combo.

We got this for our daughter for College. She loves it! You're key board can be tailored with different colors. She hasn't had it very long, I'll update my review after some wear and tear.

The life of the battery is soooo sad If i was to remove the battery to prevent over charging I would be very happy. I'm to tell my friends about the failing BATTERY!

First time gaming PC buyer, so I don't have any reference point, but it is amazing for my usage. Only complaint is it either runs hot or loud, there is no middle ground.

Out of the box this is a great looking computer. Gift for son that has big plans for it. He seems to be happy with performance. He is our resident gamer. If he’s happy, so am l.

Very solid laptop. A bit heavier than I expected, but it seems like it is built to last. Battery life is a bit shorter than I expected, but otherwise I have no complaints.
