Used it as a workstation to create instrumentals running FL studio. Unfortunately 1 week of owning the product I had to return it. The keyboard would lock and stop working. After a while the screen would go black. I took it to best buy and they offered to send it to tech support but I refused and just returned it. A brand new laptop already coming with issues like that was a big red flag.

Great laptop for intermediate gaming

FPS was solid in Pubg league and many more games I played Down falls is gotta stay on top of driver updates for hardware like headphones and mouse but other then that I can’t complain I actually got this laptop by mistake but with the time I had it it ran solid! For the price I can’t be mad!

Each time was attributed to memory issues and the RAM was replaced. I've finally returned the machine to Best Buy because it wouldn't turn on. They couldn't repair it instore and had to ship it out to their service facility for repairs. They diagnosed that the motherboard had failed and that the part was on backorder. Within 2 weeks, the Geek Squad emailed me to notify me that they were going to junk the laptop. I will never buy an Alienware product again.
