    Not even 2 years old, I had to ship the laptop off to the Dell Service facility twice and had a local Dell Service technician visit my home on two occasions. Each time was attributed to memory issues and the RAM was replaced. I've finally returned the machine to Best Buy because it wouldn't turn on. They couldn't repair it instore and had to ship it out to their service facility for repairs. They diagnosed that the motherboard had failed and that the part was on backorder. Within 2 weeks, the Geek Squad emailed me to notify me that they were going to junk the laptop. I will never buy an Alienware product again.
