    Bought for my son that does gaming. Spent over an hour setting up. Blue bit locker screen came on. Returned to total tech. They sent me a second computer ( replacement). That one had the screen started glitch. I was told to return to store.

    I won’t buy Open Box Excellent again.

    The product came without a charger even though it claims to have all original parts. It came with a decent amount of scratches and the sale on the product ended on return date , so I couldn’t even buy a new one for the sales price.

    I think I got one that must have fallen or something because as soon as I got it, the screen was blinking in and out. I also didn't like not having the side number keypad. So I returned it.

    Stay away from Alienware. I had a Lenovo laptop that I had no issues with during the 2 years that I used it. This Alienware has type of issue every other day.

    Two in less than a month wont boot after doing the initial updates. Hard to believe this is just a coincidence. First experience with Dell / Alienware, will be my last.

    Unfortunately it arrived with dead pixels. Bought the Gigabyte Aorus 17.3” with basically the same specs but no MUX switch for 3/4s the price. Super happy with it. Waiting on my refund still so I can get my rewards points back.

    used very little. 1.5 years after purchase, the motherboard needs to be replaced ($2300). The warranty expires after 12 months.

    Warranty ended Dec 26, 2023 today is Jan. 4, 2024. Hard drive failure. Thanks Dell for such low quality!
