Blue bit locker screen came on. Returned to total tech. They sent me a second computer ( replacement). That one had the screen started glitch. I was told to return to store.

It came with a decent amount of scratches and the sale on the product ended on return date , so I couldn’t even buy a new one for the sales price.

I also didn't like not having the side number keypad. So I returned it.

Dead pixels on open box Certified Excellent

Bought the Gigabyte Aorus 17.3” with basically the same specs but no MUX switch for 3/4s the price. Super happy with it. Waiting on my refund still so I can get my rewards points back.
