Excellent Alienware AMD 6900HX laptop. Runs faster and cooler than prior generation Alienware laptops that I have (2). I currently use it with an additional monitor. Windows 11 is ok but I still prefer Microsoft Windows 10. I upgraded to 32 gig of memory using Best Buy Totaltech plan. Best Buy Technician doing upgrade was very helpful and setup my BIOS settings afterwards for how I use my laptop, which is not for gamimg but home business.

This is genuinely one of the worst laptops I’ve ever owned. I would not recommended at all. It crashed 24/7, not even exaggerating. I feel as if I need to download new drivers for it every time I turn it on or I blue screen. I heard that you should avoid Alienware because it’s high price point, but you should avoid Alienware because of everything. This thing does have nice components and the screen is huge, but with a huge screen has its downside. This thing is HEAVY. I am a college student and it weighs more than my textbooks. With it being so heavy, you would assume it has a big and long lasting battery life, nope. I turn off all the RGB, switch the frame rate down to 60 and lower the brightness, and I get not even an hour of use before it dies. I cannot express how much you should avoid this at all cost.

This Laptop is fire! Using it for cybersecurity classes to run complex programs and several virtual machines and it’s performing amazing. The unique design in the back for the cooling makes a big difference and most cable connections are also on the back keeping everything clean looking and out of the way with great airflow. Wouldn’t buy a classic design laptop anymore! Totally recommend.

I loved this laptop at first, however, I had to exchange the first one within 3 months due to a bad motherboard. Next came the first battery replacment a year later. Things went great for the following year. Me and this laptop went on many fond gaming adventures together. Things took a turn for the worst though when the battery died again. Brought it in for repairs, got it back, started overheating...RIP laptop. Total time owned about 2.5 years.

Great laptop so far love the looks of it. Always wanted to try an alienware laptop but it’s always been a little high priced for me, got this one while it was on sale so i couldn’t turn it down. I haven’t played many games on it yet but everythings been fine for what i have played no issues also like how you can change the colors of each key and the other stuff

The attention to detial is impressive. You may not think you need matching leds in the keyword and lid but it just speaks to the fact they took the time to make sure everything was right. Battery life isnt great but this beast is meant to be plugged in. It can run the latest video editing software without breaking a sweat. Video games at 4k 60fps are no issue for this monster laptop.

This laptop is darn near perfect for gaming. The one downside is 16GB memory doesnt quite cut it so I needed to upgrade that immediately. The 360Hz refresh rate makes for some impressive graphics though.

Bought this computer for work. And come to find out I now use it for work and personal. It has all the things I need to run the systems I do. Highly recommend this machine. It is a little on the heavier side, but that was expected.

Well built, if you're seeking light weight this isn't for you. If you want a tank that's built to last, this is it. It handles more work than play for me but it handles every task needed and then some. When it's time to play, it's a beautiful beast then as well.

Top notch build from alienware feels very sturdy great processor first amd i have had in many years and i am very impressed this machine compared to my msi laptop is so much cooler never had issues with getting hot while gaming.

Possibly one of the bast laptops ive ever owned. Runs very smooth and fast can run all games on max graphics no problem. I can also do all my work that I need to do online with it. Overall great for everything.

Very good computer, purchased for my teenager. He loves to play games on it, but still has everything he needs for school work and data processing! Pricey, but worth it!

Its a great computer and runs games great. If you have online games like oath of titans dont expect to stay in the game. Im not sure why but this computer likes to kick you out of servers for some reason? Also, if it freezes (like it did in BG3 you have to wait until the battery become critically low cause nothing will work, not even trying to power it off. Other than those things it works great

I've owned a few different high-end brand gaming laptops and not only is this computer meet and exceed my standards you can feel the high-quality parts used to make this super machine.

Bought this for my daughter for school as she's going into graphic arts and design. Very fast and works amazing.

We purchased to replace the old gaming laptop. The graphics and speed on this laptop are amazing. The size of the screen is perfect and sturdy.

This is my first alienware laptop I've owner and i am beyond impressed. The graphics and proccessor on this bad boy are amazing! But be prepared because it is HEAVY!

Great value. The battery life could be a little better, but that is all laptops. As far as speed etc. This hits all the boxes.
