Great value. The battery life could be a little better, but that is all laptops. As far as speed etc. This hits all the boxes.

Very good design, feels pretty thin, somewhat heavy, already to be expected being a 17.3”, snappy and hope it keeps giving the same feeling in the future.

Sturdy build with a strong GPU, the laptop can run Baldur's Gate 3 which is a very taxing game. If you find one, get it!

Great laptop, runs better than my PC. The fans get quite loud when on performance mode, that’s expected with any laptop though.

So far so good, but only had it about three or four weeks. I can play games, and I can also record. The only hiccup is when the performance changes from more cpu to gpu. That might pose a problem for a gamer who livestreams their game play. But to do the average stuff like MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) it's fine. I can record on OBS and connect to multiple monitors with no problem. It has 3 usb ports, one hdmi port, one usb-c, and an ethernet port. It doesn't have a secondary drive and that's disappointing, but it's not a deal breaker for me either. I'll just load whatever I want onto a jump drive. I do not like the power cable, nor the location of it. And the wire keeps getting caught on my desk and will sometimes pull the cord out, but just enough to run on battery. And you may not realize it unless you play a game and experience lag, or it warns you that it's about to shut down. So pay attention and make sure it stays plugged in (and it doesn't take much to disconnect the power either). I can't complain too much. You get what you get for the price, and it's worth what I paid for it. To find the balance of a 3.3Ghz processor, with 16GBs RAM, and 1 TB SSD, and 17" was extremely difficult to find. I like this laptop. It's the perfect fit for me and my purposes. Compare the others and they just don't measure up (and they're usually 14 or 15: laptops at that). This is a "the best bang for my buck" computer.

Awesome laptop, with great performance, great display, and great looks. Besides gaming I wanted a laptop with performance for image editing, and running database engines and development environments. This covers all the bases. One thing to know… it is BIG. Last time I carried something this heavy I think it was a Compaq Portable III! More of a luggable than a portable laptop. You will need a special bag for it to fit, but the Alienware-branded one I found works well.

I got it at a great value on open box but would not buy for full price i had for over a year and the screen doesn't turn on some times have to hold power button to hard shutdown the computer and battery life is bad but i still use it

So I gotta admit, I thought I didn’t want this much power on the go by I lied to myself. I had the x14 with the 3060 gpu inside. I realized that wasn’t enough power for my liking. It served my well and I ended up finding this on an awesome deal go under 1200 bucks! It’s been everything and more honestly. I’m a huge gamer and I’m about to play anything I throw at it. If you can find an open box somewhere I highly recommend this laptop!

What a powerful laptop!!! By far the best gaming laptop I have ever used! It is a little on the heavy side

This is a great gaming laptop. The speed, smoothness, response, and experience have been game changing, literally. My interests are in demanding flight sims with VR and it didn't let me down. The framerates it delivered were more than satisfactory at highend settings. The only complaint I may have is the missing num pad which I knew going into it (those keys are helpful in flight sim at times). The design without them makes up for it.

The laptop all around is great the performance and my experience with it has been fantastic except for 2 things. The battery life isn’t that long which could be due to the second problem the store I purchased it from possibly gave me the one on display. I have the warranty thank god because now it won’t charge. The charger glows blue and everything is good on that end but the laptop itself is not glowing it’s blue light when charging. It does not turn on and I’m a truck driver so all my important info for easy access is no longer accessible until I go on my home time in two month to situate this problem. But yeah great laptop. Horrible customer service experience as my first buy from Best Buy. (I purchased this laptop two months ago!

I hesitated switching from a gaming PC to a laptop. I needed to temporarily eliminate my office and didn’t really have a choice. Let me tell you….. I’m glad I did!! This laptop does not disappoint! It’s amazing! Downside: if you’re gaming, you need it plugged in. The graphics are not good and it drains the battery. The second you plug it in, the screen looks amazing!!

Iv been using this laptop for a coulle months now. No issues at all!. Runs all the games on the market (Hello, Starfield). Perfect for my studio equipment and sessions when I need to travel or work at home. Only gripe I have is it doesnt a microSD slot so i had to buy and adapter that works by USB my SD files! I would recommend. Its a laptop woth some explosive features for what is inside the machine!

This laptop has gone above and beyond what I was asking for. My husband loves his games and this laptop has not disappointed. It’s very fast and reliable. He spends hours on it and it has never had any lag or misstep. Extremely happy
