I always wanted a Alienware since I was a kid. What a let down. This Alienware constantly crashed and had to be rebooted. During gaming the thing sounds like a jet taking off even on less demanding games. Can’t comment on battery life as I only used it plugged in. All in all I returned it and that’s even when I got it on sale. It just wasn’t worth the inconvenience at this price.

Amazing Graphics, never had any issues with it over last two years

Gaming wise, a great computer but the vattery life drained too fast, which made me leave it connected to a charger constantly. Sad part is, this laptop didnt last more than a year before malfunctioning

This device is amazing. I am a student and it does everything I need for my classes and more, and when I am just trying to relax I have no issue watching my favorite shows or getting down on some video games. Definitely a great laptop.

The specs and price were good for this product. Its the heaviest laptop i ever own, had to buy a special backpack to carry it around.

Laptop runs really well. Can run any game at max settings with no issue. Only problem I have with it is that it has a ton of backlight bleed. Top right corner and the bottom of the screen just shines white. Extremely noticeable while playing horror games that require dark environments. I will probably return it, or hopefully just get it fixed at the store, if that’s even a possibility.

I was looking for parts to upgrade my desktop and came across this (on sale). Similar parts would’ve cost me as much as it would it’s regular price so I decided to give it a chance. I do not regret purchase. It’s a beast!

I can use it for both: gaming and working. It's fast, but I only found the version of 16GB RAM, so I'll expand it by myself 'cause I need that for work.

High end desktop performance in a laptop. The store rep warned me it is a little heavy. For this level of performance it is fine. It also runs cool all day.

This device is amazing. Beats my $3k open water cooled system and was so much cheaper. Can handle any game and any workload. Upgrade the ram and raid the ssd and this machine really screams!

If I were reviewing this laptop on hardware alone, I’d have to give it 5 stars. The processor is responsive and fast, the GPU takes advantage of all of the features the display has to offer, and while the SSD is the first thing I’ll be replacing due to size, I’ve no complaints with its speed. Sounds like a 5 star review, right? Nope. Not even close. Some fool decided to marry all of that beautiful, high-end hardware to Windows 11 Home. The kindest thing I can think to say about Windows 11 is that it’s a stripped down pig that offers useless eye candy where Windows 10 used to have useful features. I had to completely “reset” Win 11 THREE times in the first week I had the computer after Windows claimed it could not boot. The biggest crime though was informing me I could not revert the OS to Windows 10 unless I formatted the SSD, erasing all content - and then refusing to install Windows 10 unless I purchased a new key. Companies that build such nice systems should put a functional, reliable, fully featured OS on them, not doggy droppings.

As a disclaimer, I purchased this device as Open-Box Satisfactory and was perfectly willing to tolerate cosmetic flaws should the laptop have any, but... I was not expecting to have issues with the laptop itself. At low fan speeds, the right hand fan sounded like it was clicking or beeping, likely indicating some sort of issue that I did not diagnose. Additionally, the speakers made crackling noises even at lower-level volumes. But worst of all for me was that I was under the impression that the laptop had a warranty, the box it came in (not original) even said it was covered under manufacturer warranty, it was not. The laptop itself was pretty good, it had a great keyboard, screen, performance, and build quality. Unfortunately the issues with my specific open box unit led me to be disappointed with what should be a fantastic machine.

Very fast and great display. I have had no problems with this computer. It is a little heavy for a laptop but use it a a desk top more than carry it around so for me its not a problem.

It’s a great laptop with great componentes, the only “bad thing” is the battery life, but it’s because of the high performance, anyways I totally recommend this laptop

The real user is my son, but according to what he has told me, it is tremendously functional for what he needs, he studied 3D Digital Animation and it allows him to do his job very well.

Overall great laptop for 1080p gaming, it can get a little loud when gaming for extended periods.

I am not a gamer, I am a business owner so we use it for work and it does a great job. We are a little tough on things in our work enviroment and I really like how solidly built it is

Graphic quality is decent, lagged a lot with even having high speed internet, have to leave charged the whole time while on it even if not playing a game, battery life was at 100% -17% in the matter of twenty minutes. Games lagged horribly don’t recommend

Great laptop! Plays every game I throw at it with no problems. Fans are a little loud but that's expected when your pushing the laptop to its limits.
