Also had returned another defective laptop to this store and they listed it as excellent condition same day. so beware of victory lakes BestBuy they don't play fair. I'm used to replace all my family laptops during this season but not anymore. im taking this laptop to get checked before returning window ends.

I work for Microsoft in I.T I had to not only troubleshoot my device many times since I got it but Dell support won't honor their warranty of on site repair and keep giving me a hard time. The computer stutters and has ftos drops I should not have to deal with that on a 3000$ computer. Now I can't even return it due to best buy 2 week return policy so I am stuck with it for now. I even had a customer come into my job at the Microsoft experience center desperate to fix this same device but they had worse issues. Very disappointed in alienware depending on how support reacts in the next coming days o might just switch to msi once i save up enough money to do so.....
