What I received from the Newport News, VA Best Buy was a complete total garbage of a product. Cracked on one side, looked like coffee stains on top, dirt, scratches, grime and the underneath fans had so much dust that you could not see the fans. This was in no way an excellent condition product, but a piece of garbage they were trying to get rid of that they must of found in the back corner of the store. I seen better at a pawn shop. Shame on you Best Buy for even thinking of shipping such garbage! I immediately returned it to the local Best Buy. Waste of time and the Newport News Best Buy should fire the manager and whoever is in charge of online sales!

Even after 2 motherboards and 3 complete resets of the OS.
