    Bought an open box version, BIG mistake. Was supposed to be in new condition. That was a joke. Can't even log in to admin account, it's already assigned to someone else. Can't do a factory reset or anything. Got in touch with Best Buy, they told me they won't even fix it, exchange it, just offered me a refund only. I'm so disappointed with the customer service I was offered. Seriously thinking about going somewhere else. Been a member here for a long time.
