It rebooted for no reason a handful of times in two weeks. It often cannot be woken from sleep and must be power cycled, especially when connected to an external monitor. Sent it back to Dell for repairs. They returned it with the backplane USB port not working and dents in the lid! The sent out a field service tech to repair that, but the computer still has major issues waking it from sleep. These issues have been going on for ~3 months now. Dell sent me a replacement unit that has the same problems. Their support structure is the worst ever, where no team knows anything about what the other teams are doing. And god forbid you should end up talking with the Advanced Resolution Team. They apologize profusely but ultimately, accomplish nothing. They won't compensate me for my many hours of work on this issue, and haven't provided a working system. DO NOT BUY!

Frequent blue screens

Great laptop

It’s not as good as a desktop with the same components but it’s still amazing. I got a crazy good deal on this because it was an open box and I’ve never looked back. Thank goodness for the Best Buy total membership which makes buying open box items worry, free.

Firstly, this laptop is a BEAST…when it runs properly. Yes it can run most fps games on very high setting at 1200p with a stable 100+ frames. However, this laptop has issues with the gpu drivers. Now I am confident in saying this because I have ordered 2 of these laptops, since the first one I ordered was defected, and BOTH of them have had MASSIVE fps drops in basic games such as League of Legends and Minecraft. In conclusion, I am very impressed with its performance, however, it is not consistent and lacks in gpu driver quality and assurance.
