There's also something satisfying about hearing that fan kick it up a notch and get ready for takeoff. SSD makes game loading so quick you barely notice any wait, and graphics fidelity is phenomenal. Worth every penny!

I contacted them and asked if there was the warranty and I was told it would have the same warranty as a new item. These were all lies. It did not look brand new. It was dinged and scratched on the outside and was dusty. It did not function, The battery was totally non functional. Dell came out and replaced that. Now the complete system has frozen up. It won't even turn off with the power button. Also, the Dell tech said the warranty had started in May, but I did not get the product until August, so it did not have the full warranty as three months of the warranty had expired before I purchased it. I HATE being lied to! I will never again buy an open box product from Best Buy!

The first problem I encountered was that it would not turn on after it went into sleep mode. After I was able to get that sorted, then it started to give me a blue screen every time I turned it on. Geek squad told me they were unable to fix it so I just chose to return it. If only the computer didnt come with so many problems I would of easily rated this computer 4 or 5 stars

The 18in is a VERY big difference compared to the other gaming laptops at bestbuy. The 480hz is, well. better than real life lol! It’s actually not that loud compared to the other gaming laptops I’ve tested, maybe it’s because the AirFlow is really good! Well yeah I definitely recommend this laptop. it’s number 1 on my gaming laptop tier list . Thanks! Jacob.
