Immediately after purchase I reached out to dell (who take forever to respond). They quoted three times the price of warranty for the same cover, if I had bought it from dell directly. Now if I buy the warranty, whatever I saved here will cost me more than what I would have gotten if I bought from dell. Geek squad is not an option if usage is outside of US. I am a repeat purchaser of alienware, used 15R2 before. Only updating since windows is not supporting hardware anymore. The sysem does not feel any faster! The screen blanks sometimes without any reason when stressed.

Too Fast i9 that weighs 916 pounds!

It sat on a table and never made it to my lap. The keyboard was pretty but the Alien logo was freaky and scary looking. I didn't realize how heavy it was until the next morning! Terrible investment! RETURNED IT!!

Dell software and Windows Defender block each other all the time and cause a bunch of errors. I tried to somehow restore everything, but it's useless. Even after a complete reinstallation of Windows, problems immediately begin. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!! Save your money and nerves!

I have to purchase another power supply to keep the bios from popping up. I purchased the unit as a backup of the one I put into the Best Buy repair. Two weeks later, there is still no repair, and the cost is now up to the price of an almost new one. That unit was less than two years old; both were Dell Alienware. After the issues, I will recommend that no one, never buy dell, as the headaches are not worth owning.

And it was great for about a month then it blue screened and crashed. Rebooted and file explorer wouldn't work. Ran through a bunch of trouble shooting. Sfc /scannow, DISM repair etc etc. Finally got it working, good for a week and then the same thing. Took to geek squad and they installed a fresh windows bare bones image. It worked fine for about a week and then the same thing. Constantly blue screen crashing. Finally exchanged it for a new one hoping it was just a lemon, and NOPE. A month or so after having it same exact issues. Blue screens, constant crashes, file explorer issues. I run the EXACT SAME software profile on 3 other computers with no issues whatsoever. So not a software problem. AVOID this laptop until Dell figures out their hardware issues.

I spend over $2,500 on this laptop. I dont have a laptop or a refund yet and ever since i shipped it back i get the run around to different departments i jist want my refund this is sad...

It disconnects all the time while trying to play basic League of Legends. It is not the internet connection as the speed test I run is perfect. My other laptop runs it perfectly fine. This laptop should not be this slow for the price you pay and the CPU should not be running at 100% when trying to play league of legends. I will be returning it immediately
