Nothing to brag about it plays games but heats your had to the point of combustion. not even a year in and my A key fell off and is almost impossible to replace. you cant buy these anymore because they are trash. Customer service is a joke the battery last 10 secs feels like then dies so..

Alienware Warranty Scam

Immediately after purchase I reached out to dell (who take forever to respond). They quoted three times the price of warranty for the same cover, if I had bought it from dell directly. Now if I buy the warranty, whatever I saved here will cost me more than what I would have gotten if I bought from dell. Geek squad is not an option if usage is outside of US. I am a repeat purchaser of alienware, used 15R2 before. Only updating since windows is not supporting hardware anymore. The sysem does not feel any faster! The screen blanks sometimes without any reason when stressed.

Too Fast i9 that weighs 916 pounds!

It sat on a table and never made it to my lap. The keyboard was pretty but the Alien logo was freaky and scary looking. I didn't realize how heavy it was until the next morning! Terrible investment! RETURNED IT!!
