I’m a master’s student in engineering, and I got a laptop for both studying and gaming. But I’ve got a few complaints. First, opening and closing different mechanical software apps slows down the laptop. The Alienware control center often hangs, and the battery only lasts 2-3 hours. And it’s super heavy, which isn’t ideal for someone like me who’s not a pro gamer. So, I ended up getting a MacBook instead. Alienware is for serious gamers who don’t mind carrying their laptop around all the time and who use it on battery power. .

Works amazing. Love the sleek design and it being user friendly and also have amazing performance.

So far it is a Great computer. It is fast and easy to handle. So far no negative remarks.

I unfortunately can't write a solid review of how this computer works and functions since i returned it the day after purchasing. I needed a new computer for work ASAP and was up in Saginaw MI so i jumped on this one since Alienware has always been a great computer build, and this was the only one with my desired specs in stock. I only returned it because of it's size. This thing is impressive to say the least! I just couldn't bring it in to meetings, i wouldn't hear the end of it. It's looks, lighting and feel are pretty dang nice and i wish i could have ran with it!

"Cali" is a great sales guy at BB/Cherry Hill. He explained the benefits of this laptop, offered a great price, did not push me into buying it and I got a brand new laptop.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He has been very happy with its performance so far. Responsive and quick for everything he’s played.

Love it was the only computing computer to run da vinci, twenty studio correctly and properly for editing videos.

I honestly thought Alienware was it's own product line and wouldn't have even given it a look if I knew it was Dell. They have the worst products. They didn't have what I wanted in stock so I got this and as soon as I opened it, realized it was Dell. Decided to give it a shot and crashes my game more than my old hp laptop. Even had plain old file explorer crash on me 3 times. Incredibly heavy and seems to get pretty hot despite all the bells and whistles. Returning if Best Buy will let me take it back without the box.

This has met my expectation as well as the requirements! Great machine for Gaming and a lovely 18" screen. I also got a large lap desk to go with it as the machine does get hot when running for extended times. My cats love to sit next to it so the warm air blows on them. :-)

Very good gaming laptop for the money. I use it for a lot of business and gaming. It will run Fortnite at over 300fps if you want it to with no overheating or throttling.

I was able to procure this "Like New Open Box" beast for $1149 out the door delivery included. It arrived in untouched condition. Been using it now for 6 weeks plus, flawless! No issue with temps, 42-cpu, 38-gpu in performance mode. Oh, quiet as a mouse. Wanna thank Best Buy, best deal in years.

Best buy as always pleases, excellent laptop especially at such a discount (-1400$), excellent condition, the only thing is that a screw was missing from the bottom cover, I think since I bought it as an open box, they forgot to put the screw after checking, but this does not affect the operation of the laptop in any way, thank you, I am very happy
