I was able to procure this "Like New Open Box" beast for $1149 out the door delivery included. It arrived in untouched condition. Been using it now for 6 weeks plus, flawless! No issue with temps, 42-cpu, 38-gpu in performance mode. Oh, quiet as a mouse. Wanna thank Best Buy, best deal in years.

Best buy as always pleases, excellent laptop especially at such a discount (-1400$), excellent condition, the only thing is that a screw was missing from the bottom cover, I think since I bought it as an open box, they forgot to put the screw after checking, but this does not affect the operation of the laptop in any way, thank you, I am very happy

Good computer, a bit expensive but great for gaming and other demeaning tasks. The screen is a little dark, but nothing terrible.

This was an open box item and supposedly Geek Squad certified. Well either they used Best Buy logins and forgot to clear them or there were users left from the previous owners. I was well into setting up the laptop when I discovered that I needed administrator privilege's to make changes. I wasted a lot of time because they did not clear out the old users and the administrator requirements. Other than that I like the laptop, but be aware it is heavy and the adapter plugs into the back, not the typical side.

When I think of a laptop, I think portable. This is heavy, like a brick. There's no way your going to carry this very far, especially not on a plane. It puts out a ton of heat. If you actually had to use it on your lap, you'd be pretty uncomfortable. The graphics aren't that great. I know it says it has a bigger graphics card, but the image on the screen look very cartoonish. I gave it a try for 3 weeks. I decided to return the brick. I searched and found the graphics card on my original laptop could be updated. I did and it works great.

I’m an architect, and I use Autodesk software on this laptop, including for rendering. I have no issues with its performance. The only problem is the battery—I wish its capacity were more efficient.

Nice specs. This was bought for work and it stays mostly in one location. Too big to lug around. The only issue is the power cable constantly falls out if you move it a little.

First gaming laptop. Needed something to take online classes so might as well game.

Nice machine. Does CAD/CAM very well. A similar machine was offered by Titans of CNC. This one from Best Buy was less expensive and I feel is the exact same.
