I bought mine about a year or 2 ago for 3K so $800 is a steal. I'm not a huge gamer but it's perfect for my needs. Runs Marvel Rivals just fine btw lol.

Bought the computer to use for editing photos and videos, so far it’s going great! Completely blows my last laptop out of the water

Love the keyboard and design and overall is functioning well! The only gripe I have with it is that it's hard to find a sleeve for it due to the size

This laptop is amazing and my son is able to do everything needed for his college CADD classes.

Good laptop for a good price. Lots of ram and a nice video card. Looks great and people always compliment the white. My only complaint is the limited amount of ports with them all being located on the rear. Not a single USB or USB C port on either side and only one of each in the back. Other than that it's great.

Its a nice laptop. Turn it on and use it, nothing about it is going to be underwhelming for whatever you need to do.

Very good, but hot. Not on the laptop though or keyboard— or has good thermals. I like the screen, and its very fast. Excellent for gaming

Great! Works exactly what I needed it for which is to handle Adobe Products, Premiere and Photoshop.

I really like this laptop. The speed is literally fast and very smooth when I play games.

Purchased this to replace an aging MSI laptop that had some components starting to fail. The only knock I have on this PC is that it comes preloaded with Windows 12 - not a fan of this OS, but certainly can't hold this against the laptop. It performs well, tends to run cooler than the laptop it was replacing, the audio quality is superb and the display is vibrant. Very satisfied with the purchase, looking forward to upgrading to the next version of Windows

Simply the best computer for architectural work. awesome computer

First laptop I had picked up was defective due to the screen being dim and no matter what I did to adjust the brightness nothing changed. However, after the exchange for a different laptop this one I currently have seem's to work fine for the amount of time I've used it thus far. Hoping to still test what this alienware can handle and hope to keep it forever without any issues.

This laptop has been amazing I have mostly used it for programming, running virtual machines, gaming, and schoolwork. This has kept up with everything I've thrown at! only issue is that it gets pretty hot (like most gaming pcs) and it is chord dependent.

I would honestly give this 5 stars if it weren’t for two things, the lights on the computer are supposed to be customizable, I merely wanted to turn them off and for some reason could not get the Alienware command center to function on the pc at all so the lights on back were always on. Maybe that was a me problem, but I really wanted to be able to turn them off. The second thing is you’ll want to run an external monitor, because the screen is pretty small and dim. Other than that, the pc functioned perfectly.
