Good movie that I think is trying to set up sequels, but without that guarantee they should have expanded on certain elements, such as what is the Utopia above really like? Who/what is Ed Norton? Why did Alita's friend want to be in the above world so badly? Some other plot devices: just happen to have one extra body for Alita, the ship from Mars happened to still be fully operational, some of the underdeveloped bad guys. Also Earth isn't that bad of a place to live in the movie... a few issues aside it's a good movie and they develop Alita very well.

. An intense horror movie! Redefines the genre by delivering a solid plot with a scary lead actor and multiple chilling moments. A little bit of pacing issues could've been handled well but the end takes the viewer by surprise. Christian Bale is effective. I first saw him as Batman and now as Bateman...His performance is outstanding! It's hard to decide which genre it actually comes under because it blends multiple genres: horror, drama, crime, thriller etc. But I would classify it as horror because even without the chills, the lead character still is pretty menacing.

I seriously enjoyed this movie, I thougnt it was really cool! Definitely recommend if you like androids and such. :)

Enjoyed the movie when I saw it in the theater. I was drawn in by Aleta’s beautiful big eyes as they kept me captivated throughout the movie. I was also struck by the sweet innocence of Aleta’s expressions and enthusiasm to new experiences, very refreshing. Cameron once again did a fabulous job. Looking forward to possible sequels.

With a great 4K transfer and one of the best 3D blu ray transfers of late, It is nice to see the filmmakers really do the movie justice and give the fans a great package! Picture quality and sound are top notch and the special features provide extensive insight into the making of the film. I like the artwork of the packaging too :)

Alita: Battle Angel was a much better movie that I expected, and better than the critics gave it credit for. I was extremely sceptical from the trailers, and didn't even watch it until it's home release, but was pleasantly surprised. It's a great Cyberpunk Sci-Fi action flick. Good for entertainment. The steelbook looks phenomenal.

Very entertaining. I still have a 3D TV, so I was able to see it in 3D. One of the better 3D movies I have seen. High recommend this movie

This 4k movie with Atmos sound is quite good. I have watched it 3 times now and have enjoyed it each time. I have not watched it in 3D yet but will soon. I was not familiar with the story before watching the movie and the extras on the disk did help flesh out the parts of the story not covered in the movie. The 4K looks amazing!

I haven't watched the 3D yet, but did watch the 4K disc and that looked fantastic. It is amazing what James Cameron has done with computer graphics andi t gives me hope for Avatar 2. Like other reviews I have seen, the movie has its up and downs. It is also a bit predictable in parts especially given the cover of the disc. If you saw it in the theater and liked it, I would say please buy this. I'm a fan of anime, but was not familiar with the story before watching the disc and it seemed she had an attitude like other female characters I have seen.

This movie I felt was under rated. It was such an amazing visual roller coaster ride. The story drags in you and you feel for the characters. The visuals were similar those to READY PLAYER ONE which I feel is one of the best of all times. This movie especially the 4K version needs to be a part of every movie collectors library.

Alita is one of those movies that looks absolutely fantastic in 4k and really shines on a big screen tv. I had not heard of the graphic novel series before this movie, but I was inspired to take a look at them after watching. If you want a movie that will really show off the details that your tv is capable of, check this one out!

The case has a smooth matte finish which feels great and looks wonderful. The art is subtle but great in detail. The movie itself is a very entertaining look at a dystopian future with good character development and amazing visuals. While not an Oscar winner by any stretch, it’s greatly entertaining and worth the 2 hours for sure.

Based on manga from Japan this is a great movie even if you're not familiar with the story line. Its reminiscent of Astroboy but only briefly. The story is compelling and while there is a love story its only a small part of what drives this movie. Worth a rental but really great to have in your collection as well for the extras.

Great sci-fi film. I don’t think it made a huge splash when it premiered, but I think it is excellent. Great action and spectacular special effects. Highly recommended.

This is a fun, action-packed film with incredible visual effects and CGI work that give this film a beautiful setting and background. Hopefully there will be more - like maybe a trilogy. And they couldn't have cast Alita more perfectly, even if her on-screen form is completely digital. Great movie. Tons of fun. Don't miss it.

I enjoyed the movie in the theaters, but I enjoyed it even more at home. The image quality was great on all 3 formats. It's a toss up between for 4k and 3D as to which is my favorite. Atmos was good not great. Because of the environment, I expected more from the overheads. Very entertaining movie and I enjoyed the world building.

Robert Rodriguez is one of my favorite producers. If you haven't see any of his movies, look it up and watch it. I recommend it, caution "not for the faint of heart". That Atlita being one of his creation says or shows enough credibility of how amazing Robert Rodriguez stepped up his game! Looking forward for part 2 of Atlita.

I don’t even know where to start, I love this movie that much! Right from the beginning it weaves a tale that draws you in and doesn’t let you go. Incredible action and graphics work that looks all the more amazing played on a 4K tv. I was on the edge of my seat right up until the end, and even then I wanted to see more!

Was really worried i wouldn't like the movie cause Alita had big bug eyes. But after awhile you dont notice and the movie is actually really good.
