    In this post apocalyptic thriller... a doctor finds scrap pieces and puts them together to create mechanical life (or finds spare parts for the ones he has already helped). During one of these visits to the garbage dump he finds a relic of a robot and brings her to life. Names her Alita (after his real life daughter that he lost). The action is 3d wonderful. Glad I purchased this movie not having seen it in any theater.

    Finally a pretty decent live-action anime adaptation (not from Japan). There has been many disappointing attempts. I'm patiently waiting for the sequel. Luckily enough mine came with two digital copies, shared one with a friend. Would definitely recommend this film. Fun watch with lots of heart.

    Very good movie. The only negative would be the kinda disneyesque romance. Video wise it isvery good. Obviouslyy the CGI will look soft at times but the Dolby vision HDR is amazing. Sound wise,it is quite good but doesnt compete against the like of a Godzilla King of the Monsters. It is nice that the 3d version of the film is also included for those still with 3d tvs.
