Good start to franchise that will unfortunately never have another follow up movie. Main character and the doctor are good in their roles, side characters are not given much too do with, especially a certain main side character who is quite wooden. All in all an enjoyable action adventure movie. The animation is quite good and blends fairly well into the live scenes. As for the details, the 4k picture quality is great, almost reference and the sound is almost reference too. Recommended.

Wasn't really familiar with the character but since I'm a big super hero movie fan, I figured I'd check this out. Really enjoyed the storyline and truly hope they continue this run, once the movie industry gets back in full swing. Very enjoyable watch.

Gotta admit, I was skeptical of the niche hype of this movie but could not pass up the price. It is everything promised, well written/performed, great story, and the animation is unbelievable.

This story is good; it does disappoint me that we aren’t getting a sequel.

I purchased this because it included a 3D version of the movie. The graphics, special effects, and colors are stunning especially in 3D. The story is entertaining too. Readers should know that I find movies about nature/wildlife entertaining as well, especially in 3D.

Am disappointed in how the UHD version looks. Picture is dim and soft in a lot of scenes. However the 3D version is great. The depth is great and the couple of pop out scenes are terrific

This is a fantastic movie at a great price! I bought it for the 3D disk which is stunning to watch but it also included the 4K and regular blu-ray. I gave the 4K to my son and blu-ray to a friend.

This is a vastly underrated movie. The 4K looks amazing and the bluray looks great too. It’s science fiction at its best. I’m sad we’ll never see a sequel. I would highly recommend this!

Surprisingly good adaptation! The little touches Rodriguez does to make the live-action movie more manga-like, such as Alita’s big eyes, are a welcome touch. If you like the manga (and even if you never heard of it), you’ll enjoy this.

I thought Alita was much better than what the critics said. The main character had a great heart whose innocence regarding righteousness is something that is missing not only in movies today but in the real world also. Honor and principles come alive in this movie, and younger audiences should take note.

It's a shame this movie didn't get as much recognition as it should. Because it is a great movie. One of the best in recent years. Picture wise this is a pretty dark movie but the HDR does make the black levels much better. The sound is amazing on this. Highly recommended.

This movie is fantastic, video quality is bright and colorful, especially dark scenes have great contrast. The atmos track is very diverse as well, subtle in certain scenes and highly immersive in action scenes. If you use height channels, they will really add to the immersion.

The look of this movie on 4k is fabulous. It is surprising how much better it looks than a digital copy. If you enjoyed the movie and are debating on whether to purchase the physical disc, just buy it.

Great movie but if you're a fan of physical media, this is one demo worthy disc for your collection. The 4K transfer is incredible. Glad I picked this up, one of the last films from Fox since Disney took over.

Mediocre movie but great presentation. Nice 3D and 4K looks terrific.

Seriously though, if you haven’t read the manga you won’t be lost, it does a good job of telling the main story. If you have seen the anime ova it’s similar. If you’re a hardcore fan of the manga, you will be pleasantly surprised by its faithfulness to the content. A must watch!

An absolute must have if you love Syfy, action, wow! I can't begin to tell you how good it sounds and looks in a good home theater. Off the charts. Instant classic. I'll enjoy this movie over and over in 4k and 3d. Buy it, rent it, totally worth it. ENJOY!!

Personally I liked this movie a lot. It mixed cgi with live action and has some good actors and a good plot. I think the ending could have been a little bit better but otherwise this is an excellent movie. It's a bonus that it contains the blu-ray, dvd and digital copy.

As always, this new SciFi movie by James Cameron does not disappoint! Specifically got the 3D version and the Best Buy Steelbook had both 3D and 4K editions. Great artwork too. Overall a highly recommended movie!

This is the film James Cameron almost made instead of Avatar. Handed it over to Robert Rodriguez who does it right. Based on the Japanese Manga, it is a feast for the eyes and has a good story to support the visuals. This is a planned franchise and I hope they make a sequel or two.
