Alitta Battle Angel has it all: characters you can care about, a classic story, great world-building, top shelf special effects and great action sequences. Alitta is a heroine you can root for and all of her adversaries are deadly and interesting. Surprisingly brutal and intense Alitta: Battle Angel is a welcome franchise to sci-fi action genre.

This movie was better than expected. The story was okay but the 4k picture quality with HDR on my LG C8 was impressive. The color pops vividly and the special effects were very convincing. Sound effects on my 5.1.4 Dolby atmos setup was exciting. I loved every minute of it and is definitely a reference film to showcase the formats capabilities.

Alita! I went to the movie theater to see this movie and I was absolutely amazed by the CGI in the picture quality. I knew that once this movie was released it was going to be a must on 4K movie. I was right the picture quality and the audio quality of this movie is absolutely stunning. This is absolutely a must on for your 4K Blu-ray collection

Battle Angel Alita is an awesome movie that many people missed in the theater. It's faithful to the anime and manga, while also having great special effects and story. This is the best version of the movie, with an excellent 4K transfer featuring the Double D (Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos) from Fox. This is a first. Definitely worth the pickup.

Got this for about $10 on a whim. While not the most compelling piece of cinematography, it’s still a fun watch as a whole. Hope we get to see more of Alita in the future.

I'm someone who rarely writes a review or goes to the movies much but after going to see this movie in theaters 7 times, I purchased a new 4K UHD TV and 4K Blueray player to watch the steel book version of it in the future.

Highly recommended!! My gf and i enjoy this film alot! Im glad to preorder the steelbook just in time. Im so happy my gf looks like Alita. What a crazy world!!! One of the greatest films of all time and i hope they come with a second!!! I love this film i highly recommend!

I previously watched this movie. I personally loved it. While it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, I thoroughly enjoyed it and the Blu-ray version was perfect for the CGI presentation on my 4K tv. My kids both enjoyed watching it for the 1st time. I love James Cameron and could feel the sense of story as in Avatar. Definitely a great buy.

My expectations were not disappointed! The quality of the case, detail in the hand of Alita on the cover is exquisite. I have a 1080P real D version, 3D version an ultra high definition, and digital version with 200 hours of bonus content. Thank you, Best Buy for this Alita: Battle Angel steelbook! I will treasure it for years to come.

I gave this film five stars; not because it is great cinema that will be considered a classic in the future, but because it is a science fantasy film with top shelf CGI. Also because the 4K disc came with a blu ray of the 3D version of the film. I really enjoy 3D films and appreciate that the studio packed this movie with both versions!

If viewers would only give this movie a chance, instead of reading bad reviews and deciding nope, they would love this movie. I really am not sure why this movie did not get better box office numbers. The end is the only part that seemed a little rushed and not well thought out. But it was still very good sci-fi action. 9 out of 10

Good movie that I think is trying to set up sequels, but without that guarantee they should have expanded on certain elements, such as what is the Utopia above really like? Who/what is Ed Norton? Why did Alita's friend want to be in the above world so badly? Some other plot devices: just happen to have one extra body for Alita, the ship from Mars happened to still be fully operational, some of the underdeveloped bad guys. Also Earth isn't that bad of a place to live in the movie... a few issues aside it's a good movie and they develop Alita very well.

. An intense horror movie! Redefines the genre by delivering a solid plot with a scary lead actor and multiple chilling moments. A little bit of pacing issues could've been handled well but the end takes the viewer by surprise. Christian Bale is effective. I first saw him as Batman and now as Bateman...His performance is outstanding! It's hard to decide which genre it actually comes under because it blends multiple genres: horror, drama, crime, thriller etc. But I would classify it as horror because even without the chills, the lead character still is pretty menacing.

Enjoyed the movie when I saw it in the theater. I was drawn in by Aleta’s beautiful big eyes as they kept me captivated throughout the movie. I was also struck by the sweet innocence of Aleta’s expressions and enthusiasm to new experiences, very refreshing. Cameron once again did a fabulous job. Looking forward to possible sequels.

With a great 4K transfer and one of the best 3D blu ray transfers of late, It is nice to see the filmmakers really do the movie justice and give the fans a great package! Picture quality and sound are top notch and the special features provide extensive insight into the making of the film. I like the artwork of the packaging too :)

Alita: Battle Angel was a much better movie that I expected, and better than the critics gave it credit for. I was extremely sceptical from the trailers, and didn't even watch it until it's home release, but was pleasantly surprised. It's a great Cyberpunk Sci-Fi action flick. Good for entertainment. The steelbook looks phenomenal.

This 4k movie with Atmos sound is quite good. I have watched it 3 times now and have enjoyed it each time. I have not watched it in 3D yet but will soon. I was not familiar with the story before watching the movie and the extras on the disk did help flesh out the parts of the story not covered in the movie. The 4K looks amazing!

I haven't watched the 3D yet, but did watch the 4K disc and that looked fantastic. It is amazing what James Cameron has done with computer graphics andi t gives me hope for Avatar 2. Like other reviews I have seen, the movie has its up and downs. It is also a bit predictable in parts especially given the cover of the disc. If you saw it in the theater and liked it, I would say please buy this. I'm a fan of anime, but was not familiar with the story before watching the disc and it seemed she had an attitude like other female characters I have seen.

This movie I felt was under rated. It was such an amazing visual roller coaster ride. The story drags in you and you feel for the characters. The visuals were similar those to READY PLAYER ONE which I feel is one of the best of all times. This movie especially the 4K version needs to be a part of every movie collectors library.

Alita is one of those movies that looks absolutely fantastic in 4k and really shines on a big screen tv. I had not heard of the graphic novel series before this movie, but I was inspired to take a look at them after watching. If you want a movie that will really show off the details that your tv is capable of, check this one out!
