The team was on time, did a great job working with my tenant to access my condo and did a truly professional job,

When bringing Unit up the stairs many stairs treads were scraped leaving marks on my metal stair treads. Unit was not leveled. Dryer door will not stay open. Sorry not impressed with service. Also manual clearly states to use hard metal exhaust. System was installed with flexible tubing. Happy with Unit

Company was not friendly at all (outsourced so this was not a reflection of BestBuy). They did not put the casters on the bottom of the pedestal so I can’t hardly move location and it is not level so my laundry center bounces all over during use.

Great experience. The crew was efficient and knowledgeable. They got everything hooked up and tested quickly, then walked me through the basics.

These guys were AMAZING!! They had to come twice because of a delivery mix-up. They were quick, friendly, and went the extra mile. THANK YOU!! I LOVE my laundry center!!

The guys knew how to hook up a washer and dryer, but they did not understand that an 8 foot dryer vent kit needs to be stretched. They placed my dryer in the center of the laundry room instead of the corner where I wanted it because they said my vent kit would only reach 4 feet. I told them it was an 8 foot kit, and asked them to move it. They said I was wrong and refused to move it. After they left, I stretched the vent kit myself, and moved the dryer to the correct location.

This was a beautiful purchase very happy with it. It works well o issues and the color is great.

I had two horrible experiences with installation for my LG ThinQ washer and dryer. First people who came to install it damaged my walls and door while bringing the washer and dryer upstairs and then told me they dont have all the parts necessary to install my washer/dryer even though I purchased everything that BestBuy told me to. So they left my washer/dryer upstairs and left without doing anything and with my damaged walls. Second people to come in installed my washer/dryer incorrectly and didnt even wait to test the item like they were supposed to. After installing, they told me to run a cycle and left before even checking if it works or not. The washer doesnt even work because they didnt even install the water filter right. Nothing went well and now I have a non functioning washer/dryer tower.

The techs were great! There were issues along the way & they explained everything and were quick to offer solutions.

no complains here, they were fast and very professional.

Of course I like the washer/ dryer that I purchased and was installed. I really appreciated the professionalism and service of Booker and Tyler who made the installation great! Their help and advice saved me time and money. For that I would definitely go to Best Buy and despite a wait for delivery, I would patiently wait if I knew professional staff were coming, like Booker and Tyler.

The installer was great and very professional. He didn’t wasn’t time or damage anything. The two worked together fast and made the installation process quick and easy

My new laundry center is the best washer and dryer I have ever owned. I had connections built into my master bedroom closet which is maybe 10 feet away from my bed. It is very quiet (or at least somewhat lulling)! I couldn't be happier with the setup with all of the controls in the middle. The technology is amazing as well. I love that everything is touch screen. It is certainly a 10 out of 5 :) The installation guys were quite awesome. They made sure all of the connections were complete and gave me insight into the installation...answering all of my questions patiently :). Thanks for such great service.

The installers were horrible. They had no idea what they were doing. First they were told multiple times not to park in front of the building, when they called as they arrived and please full around to the rear of the building. They DID NOT. Building management came up and told them to move and they told her to wait. When installing my new laundry center, they inserted the wrong plug, even though he was holding the correct plug and asked if they had the correct one and blew the fuse and almost the whole box. I had to provide a step stool because one installer was not tall enough to teach what he needed to. They did not use the new dryer vent kit I was forced to buy. They took it out of the box, bent it, and ripped it. They took the existing dryer vent and just taped it up. There was space to push the vent into the wall and the did not do that. The unit was not balanced and wobbled during the first load. This set of installers were horrible. It took them over an hour to do the install for what should have taken 20-30 minutes tops.

Installers were on time and polite and really took care while installing. My only complaint was that the installer did not want to put new water lines in for fear of breaking the pipes, so I purchased hoses for nothing.

The crew who delivered our LG washer/dryer tower did an exceptional job. We purchased our condo and their was already a washer/dryer - little did we know the hot water outlet and cold water outlet were reversed. The delivery crew hooked up as they would normally but when we trialed the washer - hot was cold and vice versa. UGH They pulled out the unit (read very small space) and reconnected it as per our plumbing. Thanks Guys!

The delivery and installation guys, Benjamin and Rodney, were terrific!! They were still careful in bringing up the stairs of my condo and the installation was great!!

Excellent work. They were professional, quick, and answered my questions.

I appreciate them installing but didn’t get it balanced and it’s not draining properly because of it. The tenant is complaining and I need to get over there to try to fix it. I was hoping that since I paid for it to be done I wouldn’t need to do it myself since I have about 3 months of other work on my plate.
