Nice guys. Pretty quick. They called before they arrived to prep me. Wish they could have checked to ensure that the hot water line went to the correct hose. But it's not their fault. The Washer lid won't open to test and it won't unlock until the cycle is done.

They wore masks (for covid) and did an excellent job uninstalling and installing our washer and dryer. They worked and got the job done in no time at all. Very friendly and nice guys.

Needed a repeat visit because the 1st team reversed the hot and cold hookups. 2nd rep corrected the problem but couldn't reposition the washer flat on the floor neatly as the 1st team had done. He rejiggered the bolts on bottom of unit at least so the unit doesn't wobble, but now it looks crappy. He pulled on unit where manufacturer had big orange sticker screaming at him in 3 languages not to. Left hand marks on my white painted wall.

Quick delivery. My only complaint is how unbalanced they left my machine. I had to fix it myself.

Installation was fast and most importantly, on time! Was called beforehand and communication was fantastic. A+++ to Logan and his partner!

The first unit had a dent in the side but they replaced it. The installers were in a hurry to leave and really didn’t do a thorough job but unit works great

The installer did a great job on the installing our washer dried tower, it was a very tight fit and he managed to make it work.

The two fellows, LeBron and Brad, who installed my LG Washtower on March 4 were focused, careful, and methodical. They worked together efficiently and answered my questions (I asked a lot of questions) and demonstrated use of the machine. They were also mindful and respectful; my condo association required them to use the padded elevator to remove the old washer/dryer and bring up the new, which they did. Installers of other equipment on different occasions used whatever elevator arrived first, just to get the job done fast. I would welcome them to install appliances again.

Technicians were super courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They installed and went over the features for me. It was an absolute joy!

The SECOND crew that delivered my replacement unit was fabulous. Everything so far is PERFECT. The first guys, and the first experience was a huge PITA.

The Best Buy installers did a great job installing a new stacking washer and dryer in our duplex. Our tenants said they were efficient and fast!

Established the appointment months earlier. Had a tray available for the washer, but they wouldn't install it unless the tray was hooked up. We got the hookup done by a plumber and got a new installation date. When they did finally hook it up, it ran for a minute and stopped. They left without it being functional. We found an electrician that day and had it running. We won't have installers out again.

They did everythint you could ask for, did it quickly, and left the room as clean as when they arrived
